I was happily surprised at the cost of the repair. I cannot day enough good about this place. I needed some other work done on my vehicle and Sam Young took my vehicle to another repair shop and had that taken care of for me to! All I asked for was a recommendation on where to go for the other repair. When I said I would be using his recommendation he offered to take my vehicle and get a quote. After I okayed the repair he took it back to the other repair shop for me. I work out of town and i would've had to take off of work to do this myself. I set up an appointment to have a broken wheel stud replaced, at that time I requested an estimate…read morebut never received one. When I arrived to get the work done, I was told it would be $350. That was easily twice what I had expected. I declined the work and went to NAPA auto parts, bought a new stud, went home and did it myself in 1 1/2 hours. It cost me $16.93. I understand overhead and having to pay employees, but holy cow, let's at least try to be fair and reasonable. I feel bad for people who don't know any better or don't have the means or knowledge to repair things. For a place called "Christian Brothers," I sure didn't feel like they were looking out for their fellow man.

Research your vehicle warranty before going here; it might save you time and money. They will not…read moredo it for you - instead they will charge you too much $$$ to diagnose the issue with your vehicle when it would have been covered under the manufacturer warranty at no charge the whole time.
