Do not go here. They will scam you. Service man took my perfectly good tire off the rim and put my spare on. Said my tire was separating. I didn't see anything wrong with it so I took it to another tire shop. They checked out the tire put it back on the rim. I am still driving on the tire today. The service man tried everything to get me to buy another set of tires from them. Watch out folks. This ain't their first rodeo!!! Called them and told them about the situation. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their service and support during and after the sale has always been first rate. The staff and tire techs are very professional and courteous. I was there for over an hour to get a tire repaired that had a nail in it. after A while I see all tires off and someone trying to sell me all 4 tires. I kindly declined and asked them to just repair the tire. 30 minutes later they come back and say no charge. to my surprise nail was still in and no repair done. read more

What a great place this is. Went in with a puncture and they repaired it, fitted it and reset the computer system/tire pressure sensors all for 10 bucks. Really friendly folk too offering the kind of service that is hard to find these days. read more

I'm just going to copy my post from Facebook to save a little time and energy. The details behind my disgruntled opinion are all listed below. However if you feel the need to frequent this place I'd highly recommend you do not. I'd like to give a shoutout to andys tire in Stephenville for such mediocre service. I got there a little after 11:30 to get 6 305/45r22's mounted on my alcoas and 2 hours later I'm leaving with only 1 tire mounted not even balanced. I had called to get a price before I went to get the work done and was quoted 25 a tire mounted and balanced. After the hour and a half and only 1 tire being off the truck I decided to go get something to eat and had my roommate come get me. I told the service guys that I was going to get something to eat and come back. I asked if I needed to tell the office of what I was doing and they were adamant I did not need to. Well thank god I did because when I did the ladies in the office were prompt to inform me it was going to be $365 to mount and balance them not the 150 I was quoted. When I told them that if that was the case they needed to stop immediately they returned with word from the supervisor that they were already halfway done and stopping was not an option. To which I promptly responded that was not the case because I had been back there watching them work on one tire for an hour. She went and got everything straightened out and I am headed elsewhere.
