I came on to Yelp looking for a landscaping company. I had a large job that needed to be done…read morewithin a specific amount of time. The company I initially booked my request into did not answer within a reasonable amount of time, but thankfully Yelp had already asked if I was OK with them sending my request out to others who might take on the project. Millenium answered very quickly, offered a reasonable quote, and only changed it slightly after seeing images of the work to be performed. I feel I definitely got the better side of the bargain. We arranged a date and time for them to arrive. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and walked through the project with me, and set to work. The job was completed in less time than originally anticipated. The yard looked amazing compared to what it had, and it was a delight to see the back fence again! So much room for the animals and kids to run and play; without the high brush, we've less chance of some of the pesky critters we've been encountering. Great work!

Mark, the owner, was contacted to cut my mom's yard. She is 87 years old. He came out to do the…read morejob but had problems with his mower. He apologized for not completing the job and acknowledged it was his fault. He was paid for 2 cuts in advance as we were told this was his practice. The first cut he did was not good and he never completed the job because of his mower issues. He was called and texted repeatedly to find out when he was coming back out to do the job. He never responded. We requested a refund of the second cut he never performed. He said he would give her a refund and even set up times to drop off payment. He never showed up. He now will not return the calls. The next time I go to OH, I plan on filing suit against him. I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau. He is cheating an 87 year old out of her funds. This is a horrible way to do business and I can't believe he is the type of person to cheat an older person out of her limited funds. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was floored; he went above and beyond all reasonable expectations. Even a couple days after the service, I'm walking around the house and noticing little details that I can't believe he noticed and handled. Even the guy that came to power-wash the house commented on how great the yard looked. I can't recommend Tyler and Wheatcraft Landscaping any more strongly.
