The lawn looked great in the spring but started to suffer from the prolonged hot summer dry period. The lawn developed multiple dead patches and fungus. I did have fungicide treatments done in the Spring, but these didn't fully stop the dead patches. Lawn Doctor promptly came to my house to inspect the condition of the lawn and said that the lawn needed an aeration and overseeding service to fix the dead patches. Given the investment I had already made in fungicide treatments, they are doing both services at no additional cost. I do appreciate them being responsive and making this right with me and I am not sure many other lawn service companies would necessarily do that.

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

The company I initially booked my request into did not answer within a reasonable amount of time, but thankfully Yelp had already asked if I was OK with them sending my request out to others who might take on the project. Millenium answered very quickly, offered a reasonable quote, and only changed it slightly after seeing images of the work to be performed. I feel I definitely got the better side of the bargain. We arranged a date and time for them to arrive. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and walked through the project with me, and set to work. The job was completed in less time than originally anticipated. The yard looked amazing compared to what it had, and it was a delight to see the back fence again! So much room for the animals and kids to run and play; without the high brush, we've less chance of some of the pesky critters we've been encountering. Great work!

He came out today after the first real storm of the year. i give him a lot of credit, as he was going through some things of his own and he found the time to honor his agreement. He did a great job on the driveway and allowed me to get my car out and go on with my day. Avon did not do trash today. John was nice enough to bring my buried garbage cans in for me, as I could not.
