After accepting their quote, I received no updates, confirmation, or scheduling notice for 2 weeks. I finally had to reach out and ask if they were willing to take the job. Then their crew showed up unannounced to perform the work. During the job, workers dropped a heavy log onto my brand new concrete driveway, causing a major structural crack through a 5'x8' (72 sq. ft.) panel. Company representative Torie acknowledged the property damage and the business's liability in writing via email. However, following that initial written admission, the company completely stopped communicating. They have ignored all repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails for months, making zero effort to coordinate or fund the necessary concrete repairs. Because of their refusal to resolve the damage they caused, I was forced to file formal disputes with both the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. Be extremely cautious if you hire this company. Expect zero scheduling updates beforehand, and do not expect them to take responsibility or maintain basic communication if they damage your property.

We are now the envy of our neighbors, many of whom have gone out of their way to tell us how nice the driveway and walk now look. Joe was great about assessing what had happened to our concrete and came up with a solid plan for remediation and improvement. One of the issues we had was a poorly cut curb when the city put in the curbs years ago--it never aligned well with our apron, creating an awkward and bumpy approach into our driveway. Joe knew just what to do, fixing it so we now could enter the driveway smoothly. Our new front walk no longer is a hazard and Joe put a graceful, gradual rise from the drive to the front door that eliminated the need for a step. The patio is no longer sunken and is now where it should be in height from the back door. I couldn't say enough about the work and integrity of Joe Miceli.
