Great pizza, very generous sizes. I'd have given 5 stars but our half jalepeno got kinda all over so it made it a whole jalepeno situation.... The meat pizza was great and the Greek salad yum. While staying at a local hotel I contacted the business due to the positive reviews on Yelp. Pizza looked good and everyone was saying it was good. I called and inquired about having a pizza delivered. I was advised they could not deliver the pizza to the room but could meet me in the lobby. My wife was meeting family for dinner and I was staying in with my small toddler to have pizza. My wife said she would wait until the pizza arrived before leaving since I would not be able to go get it with my child. They advised it would be 45 mins to an hour. I thought this was excessive for a pizza place less than a mile down the road, but I accepted. I inquired about how I would know the pizza was there and was told I would be called by the driver to come get it when they arrived. I set a timer on my phone for 45 minutes and waited. My child had my phone (my mistake) and missed the call. I attempted to call back multiple times. My wife went to the lobby to meet the delivery person but no one was there. I was never able to reach a person on the number that called me. I called the restaurant back and was told they told the driver just to come back when they weren't able to reach me. Which I understand because they can't just wait around. My wife spoke to the front desk and was told no deliveries were made and no one spoke to them about a delivery. The restaurant lied and said they spoke to the front desk. I was advised the local restaurants know to get a room number so the front desk can call the room when a delivery is made. No room number was taken by this restaurant. I asked how I was gonna get my pizza and was told the driver could try to bring it back but they didn't know when that would be. I told them that wasn't going to work because my wife had to leave and I wasn't able to go to the front and get it because of my small child. I was then reminded They we're not able to deliver to the room. I asked about canceling the charge to my card and was advised I could talk to a manager. The manager is talking in the background so I told the person I was speaking to that it made no sense for him to tell her what to say and I'd just rather talk to him. He introduces himself and I explain to him the situation again because he acts like he doesn't know everything. He tells me again they can't deliver to the rooms. I explained to him I understood that and was wondering about a refund due to the fact I wasn't able to get the product. He told me that he wasn't going to eat it and he wasn't going to cancel the charge for other peoples' mistakes. He then told me I needed to take the charge up with my credit card company. I visit the area regularly and will never order from this business again. If you are in a tourist area you need to accommodate your business to their needs. Not sure how this place has survived with such bad customer service. I also have family in the area who will spread the word like wild fire. So not only will you not get my money because my credit card company will refuse the charge but I'm sure many other people will try another pizza place. Sucks to suck! read more

Moved here recently from NY and have been searching for a great pizza experience. I had high hopes for this place with mom & pop and homemade dough as their marketing specials. Ordered a Hawaiian pie, crispy. We got a soggy dough, no more than three chunks of pineapple per slice and ham was a total no show. We had a large half Meaty/half Veggie along with 2 dozen wings. The pizza was delish with a great crust, fresh vegetables, savory meats, and lots of great mozzarella. The sauce was tasty and had the right amount on both halves of the pie. My wife, who normally does not do traditional wings (bone in) loved Bruno's wings and said they were the best wing's she had ever eaten! That means I now have a place where I can get bone in wings and not have to do boneless to appease my better half. Great delivery service and some of the best customer service we have experienced. I really like this restaurant because it is not a chain and it has character. The place kinda looks like a dive, but that is part of the charm I think. The food itself was a bit slow to come out, but that was fine as we were not in a hurry. The bartender/waitress was very nice. We are visiting cocoa beach and had the cravings for pizza and wings. Got on yelp and found Bruno's to be within walking distance of where we are staying. We swung over and put an order in for a couple beers, wings, and pepperoni pizza. The place seems to be more of a local kind of joint since most people who came in seemed to either know some of the workers or other people there eating. It's just a plain Jane pizza joint so you're not paying for a tourist atmosphere. If you want that atmosphere you could always pick up the pizza and go eat it on the beach which is a short walk away. Bruno's has flat screen tvs with football games on, a bar, and for the kids they even had an arcade game that features many different retro games in one. It is FREE to play so the kids will spend tons of time playing it after they filled up on pizza. They had blue moon on draft AND with the check in on yelp we got one free! The pizza and wings came out at the same time. Wings were delicious we ordered 16- half barbq and half medium. Both halves came out on separate cartons with each carton having their own blue cheese and ranch which was nice. Pepperoni pizza was good and the crust was fluffy. We ended up ordering another large pizza to take back to the room to snack on for lunches over the next couple days. Definitely check this place out if you are a pizza addict like my wife read more
