C &c auto is a scam business who should be closed down. We bought my sons car from them and it had…read morenot been to the shop from being traded in yet. The owner said for me to take it to big o and they would take care of everything that needed fixed. After I dropped it off and C&C called big o tires and told them to only fix what it needed to pass inspection. They didn't tell me everything wasn't fixed when they sold it to me. after sixty miles, I had to spend $700 on rotors and breaks. Then at 80 miles on the car, the check in light came on. When I called them and asked why they did what they did, they said that the clause protected them from any action and they didn't have any money left to spend on the car. My only child will be driving this car and they didn't care that they put him in a defective car, they should be closed down. When you fb their name, a lot of scams come up, shame on them.

Bought 4 new tires for my car as my driver front tire was showing cord. I bought inner and outter…read moretire rods for them to replace before putting my new tires on. They told me my car did not need the tie rods so I trusted them. They put the wrong tires on my vehicle and had to wait for hours before I got my car back with the correct tires I bought. My driver front tire was wearing alot faster than any of my other tires. I took my car back to see what was going on with it. And was told nothing was wrong with it. All it needed was an alignment so I got the alignment done. My car started shaking so I took it back for them to look at and was told my brand new rotors were Making my steering wheel shake and that all I needed was an alignment. I was starting to feel lied to so instead of trusting them I bought the inner and outter tie rods and had them put on. My steering wheel no longer shakes. So after being told nothing was wrong with my car time after time there was clearly something wrong with it. I was told they would take care of me because of all the Hassel but they call back to say they can't do anything about it because it's not their fault my new tire is shredded. My tire wouldn't be shredded if they would have put the parts I brang in on my car instead of being lazy and saying there was nothing wrong with it. Are you kidding me the worst service ever. You can't trust a thing they say and I thought I was taking my car In to be fixed ended up I just wasted a shit ton of money and now have to be out more money buying new tires AGAIN because they can't do there job correctly. Worst service ever!
