I have used Extreme body & paint twice for service to my 2004 truck. Great service was provided both times. The 3rd time was not nearly so satisfying. Scheduled to replace a rocker panel 13 Mar 2023, to take 3-4 days. 16 Mar hadn't heard from them so called. Oh, tech working on your truck was sick, so be a few more days. Wow, been real nice if they had stood to their stated outstanding public relations, and called me. Next call they advised truck should be ready for pickup 22 Mar. Bottom line finally got truck 24 Mar. All they wanted was payment, truck is out there someplace on lot, I found it myself. Their so called outstanding public relations is, in my opinion, very rancid. I will not use nor recommend Extreme Body and Paint for any future repair work. read more

Best customer service and repair quality...hands down!! Totally exceeded my expectations. I'm from Oregon and had a mishap with my truck that I use to tow my RV 5th wheel. (my bad!!) They knew I didn't want to spend weeks in Jeff City and delay my US trek. They gave me a reasonable time frame and excellent quoted price. They not only broke their time frame by days, the quote ended up less than expected. They washed my truck, inside & out, and really did make it look new!! Allstate Insurance referred me to them and I am so happy they did. They are the best I've dealt with over a span of more than 50 years on the road and having to deal to occasional "mishaps". I have very little experience with body shops because I have never had the need for one until I purchased my most recent vehicle. I have only taken it to the dealer (which took a week and a half and they lied as to when my vehicle was going to be done and I had to make two trips to Columbia in a rental and their communication was TERRIBLE). Fast forward two years--I need a body shop again, no idea what to do. After making a claim with my insurance I hear good things about Xtreme. I give them a call, give them my information and they took care of the rest! Seriously. I had no idea what to do but they handled EVERYTHING and even explained it all to me. Super attentive, great communication! I drive a Mitsubishi so parts aren't just around every corner, and being a parts girl I know sometimes things take a while to get in. I was given a timeline and followed up with. E-mail, voicemail, and phone calls. Excellent customer service. Now, for my vehicle repairs: My Roxy is gorgeous again. I had front end damage, headlight, bumper, fender, a/c work, and a few other inside items from the damage. My car looks brand new INSIDE AND OUT. In fact they did such a good job you'd never know anything had happened. They detailed the inside and it looked better than when I picked it up brand new with 15 miles on it. I love my car and it means a lot to me. I can tell you that if I ever need anything like this again I won't even have to ask around, I will just give them a call. But honestly, I hope I never have to see them again :) read more
