Went in for oil change and had an appointment. An hour later they said my truck wouldn't start. Said I was low on oil, which could mess up the timing. Then printed off Car Fax and said truck needed that but I had it done a year ago. They pushed it out of the bay so I could have it towed to a real mechanic. They gave me the key and when I tried to start my truck the key fob was broken. They denied breaking it. My wife had come to pick me up and had our other key. I had my car repaired there in Aug 24. it was 6 months old and they left the oil filler cap off. it ruined our vacation, the money we lost was overwhelming. They admitted their mistake but would not pay. I took them to small claims and was awarded $5000 by the judge. we have attempted garnishment to no avail. if anyone knows who they bank with let me know. They are dishonest--Christy Drive. Warehouse Tire took my car in because I needed my brakes repaired. They fixed it for a very low cost of $300 which I thought was amazing. Fast forward to 4 months later my brakes completly went out again. I returned my car to Warehouse to figure out the problem. they checked it and said that my passenger side brake fluid is gone because whoever repaired the brakes didnt put some sort of cap on it. They charged me for that repair as well. fast forward to 1 month later my brakes went out AGAIN. I took it somewhere else this time and they are charging me over $500 because they said that Warehouse Tire didn't fix my brakes at all...Great. read more

Didn't get what I wanted and ended up with a bad looking exhaust system. I requested a replacement of what I had. Got nothing even close. Was told a lie about why they can't do dual exhaust. They had put the previous system On just fine a few years ago. All of a sudden they can't now. read more

Normally deal with the Clark's in Sunrise at the lake, so decided to give them a try. Was very happy with the pricing on a new set of Yokohama's for my car. The even picked the car up from my work. Only reason I'm docking them 2 stars is their alignment tech/service manager that day. Picked up the car and alignment report had been modified to not show the rear camber settings, which indicated the car was within spec. I had them reprint the full report to properly show all of the measurements and that the rear camber was out of spec. I would have had them install a camber kit and do a 4 wheel alignment if they would have offered, I guess they didn't want to deal with it. Don't like the dishonesty, especially on a tire wear issue with an 80k mile tire. read more

I thought I needed new tires and he told me that I had about 20+ thousand miles left on my tread. I'm a woman and had no idea they were still good. BEWARE!! We took my 2011 Equinox to Warehouse Tire and Muffler to have tires put on. They put the tires on, then said they couldn't balance it until the struts and some bolts were replaced. Their estimate was $280!!!! We took it to another mechanic to have it checked and aligned. It didn't need either new bolts or new struts! What a rip off. My cousin got an estimate for new tires there of $900. He got them for $400 elsewhere. read more

my car needed a new oxygen sensor and it needed to be removed by an experienced muffler person because it was in a difficult position being the downstream sensor and close to the muffler. my muffler now has been damaged by the employee that preformed the task of removing it. with a hole in it and now a hugh vacuum leak and charged a total bill of $746.64 . i was told my water pump, belt tensioner, and the assembly were all bad and with the charge of $746.64 to fix a problem caused by the oxygen sensor , car was running warm loosing antifreez a charge of $112.50 was the price to change the sensor but ended up lying to me that water pump was bad along with other parts that not needed to be fixed and charged for it ! not only did they damage my muffler trying to replace it i was not told about what they did. also charged $75.00 dollars for diagnostic check and returned car with engine light on and abs light on , also service traction light was displayed. my car now runs hot with no power , muffler and exhaust problem. what scammers and dishonest buisness, dont trust this place !!!!!!!! charged $746.64 for oxygen sensor replacment that costs $112.50 , profit of $634.00 fraud, unfair and deceptive acts ! this is a violation of the "unfair trade practices" deceptive acts continue and the proof of potential repetition exists. actions that occured in the past making it likly to continue of unfair and deceptive acts. complaint to bureau of automotive repair and consumer protection agencies will follow read more

I went in Friday afternoon with my sick three year old son. I had noticed a slow leak in my passenger rear tire. I walked in and let the woman at the counter know that I'd either like to repair the tire or purchase a new one. To which she said if I needed a new one it would run about $100, I said "ok". She took my keys. My son and I sat and waited. We got up to blow his nose a time or two. The woman was kind, the gentlemen where quick. It was all wonderful. Then the woman let me know my car was ready, the gentleman hadn't found an issue with the tire besides there being some "beads missing" between where the tire meets the rim. She let me know they had replaced the beads free of charge! I was delighted! I went in fully prepared to have to spend some big bucks that day. Mainly because it is freezing temperatures outside and I live 20mins from work and my sons daycare. It's far to cold to get a flat around this time of year. Next morning, I get up to go to work and drop my son off at daycare. Didn't think of looking at my tire as I thought it had been repaired. Get on the road and notice my car is driving fairly odd, but again freezing temps, so I assume it's just my car warming up. Long story short, tire is flat and I'm stuck waiting in freezing temps with my already sick child for AAA. I feel disgusted and frankly hurt. I know they get busy at times, but I was a paying customer who clearly has a lil one riding around in the car. There was no charge because no work was done and it's sad. Truly sad. My mother recently passed and I only went there because that's where she would always go. Never again. read more
