The office staff punched us through to Miss Tammy and we hit the ground running. Tammy offered us contact information for a great mortgage lender, and many insights to the areas we were interested in. Back in Ohio, our house listed for sale the same weekend we decided to go house hunting with our realtor in North Carolina. Miss Tammy walked us through each and every house we were interested in- even the more unsightly houses and against her better judgment- though she'd never say it- at least until we agreed it was terrible. Ha! She was encouraging and supportive throughout the entire hunting process. Our last day in North Carolina, we toured what would become our home. While it was not complete, and was the shell of what it is now, Tammy was confident in the builder, the area, and how much we loved it. After many set backs with our Ohio home, Miss Tammy remained encouraging and completely engaged in our selling and buying process. She truly cared and wanted what was best for us. Tammy was able to navigate our home inspections and new home walk through with our builder while we were tending to things in Ohio.
