I was advised to go to the pharmacy and grab an ointment. What about the pain and sleepless nights over the past three to four days? I was advised to come back if it persists or gets worse. I got there at 8:20 and they saw me immediately. I was tested, treated and sent home with a diagnosis in about 30-45 minutes. The lady listened and then told me that I could not be serviced as they 'aren't taking anymore walk-in's' I thought that when you ingest chemicals that it was important, but I guess urgent cares are allowed to turn you away for that. If you ingest chemicals make sure you know they 'aren't accepting walk-in's'.

So my elbow that was X Rayed here and cleared by their radiologist was in fact FRACTURED, so now I have a piece of bone floating on my ulna nerve and have to go have a nerve test done before they can remove the piece of bone. So now I live in pain still until I can get into have the nerve test done and who knows how much longer after that until it gets removed. Today validated why I gave such a bad review and why I will NEVER step foot in a Convenient MD ever again and I'll make sure the word gets out to the best of my ability about the crap care this place gives.

They would have had me wait for an appointment when I quite literally can't. Their care has gone down hill. I'm not sure if they changed owners or what's happening but it is the biggest trash I have ever seen.
