I had to have an emergency cap, and Dr. Milley took care of it, no pain, no stress. More recently I needed the hygienist for deep cleaning and scaling, Stephanie saw me on day one for the consult, and the next day SHAWN did the scaling, no anesthesia needed, and no pain. So awesome!! Seriously, everyone in the office is exceptionally nice, caring, and pehaps most importantly gentle!! Heads up to April for the great conversation as well!! Love, love, love you guys!!

From reception, to the technician I interacted with, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that I was seen close to the scheduled time and never felt rushed. Once the technician brought me back, I went through a quick X-ray and was led into the exam room. The room was clean, organized and comfortable. Again, within minutes, the dental hygienist arrived and started her routine. I'm very particular about following up with dental care and exams. I floss and brush frequently, and take pride in my teeth. Nevertheless, this dental hygienist took her time, and was extremely detailed in checking the health of my teeth, and even better, she was meticulous with a very detailed cleaning! I can say that in all my years, she is most definitely the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had! Great job! Next, I was welcomed to the practice by a super down to earth and friendly dentist: Dr. Panchal. We went over any concerns and and oral history, and, of course, he studied all of the X-rays taken. He proceed with the oral exam. Dr. Panchal patiently explained his findings and discussed his recommendation, treatment plan, and timeline. I'm pleased to say that my first visit was above average! From professionalism, welcoming and very clean environment, detailed staff, everything was perfect! Dr. Panchal has a great personality and I can see how he sets a wonderful standard which staff fallows. His wit, and lack of pretense were great, and even better: his knowledge, his ability to put the patient at ease, and his communication skills were wonderful! So, if like many, you're nervous about going to the dentist, I strongly recommend that you give office a chance. They are fantastic and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!!! Nice job, everybody! Dr. Steve always gives me his undivided attention and full focus- none of that jumping back and forth between multiple patients nonsense that many other dentists do. He just does great work. He explains everything very clearly and anticipates my needs ahead of time. I have complete trust and total confidence in Dr. Steve. Victoria runs the whole place with a direct approach, but she is also a very deeply caring and kind person. She gave me a great deal of comfort at my first visit to City Dental, when I came in with a horrible tooth emergency. She just took really good care of me and remains very dear to my heart. (Victoria and Dr.Steve are a married couple who run the practice together). Meghan is a rockstar receptionist; she's intelligent, informed, highly competent and an absolute riot! She makes me laugh, she eases my anxiety and she always makes sure that I am as comfortable as I can be. I absolutely adore Meghan, as well as I do Ashley. Ashley, assistant supreme, is a genuine sweetie pie with whom I also really enjoy chatting. She has a comforting and quieting influence on me- I feel very calm in her presence, which is pretty huge for me. The whole team has been so very good to me, accommodating my travel schedules and just giving me great dental care. Their prices are more than fair, especially given the high quality of the work and materials. And they're aware that dental work can get prohibitively expensive for the average Jane, but will work with you to find a way to get the care you need. I had a tooth that was bothering me and needed to be seen. My mother was in Hospice Care in VA and I needed to get to her as soon as I could. I called at 8:00 am on Jan 5 and they were able to work me in that afternoon. I ended up having the tooth pulled because it was so infected and I could not wait to see a root canal specialist. The dentist was very rushed and didn't wait until I was fully numb. He kept telling me that I was feeling pressure not pain when it was pain. I didn't make it to VA before my mother died all because nobody checked the emergency line. They apologized but that really isn't sufficient in my opinion. I was to go for my regular cleaning this week and they called and said they needed to reschedule my appointment. I am a teacher and can only go at 4:00. They could not see me at 4:00 until June 25. They also could not work me in over my Spring Break. This was the last straw for me. I found a new dentist.
