I met Mark Tibbs the service manager at Dutch Miller Nissan in Wytheville who assured me his team could provide excellent service on all makes and models of automobiles. I scheduled an appointment. They were excellent! I could not be more pleased with their service. Their fees were very competitive and better than the Toyota's dealership in Winston Salem. It was a cold Friday evening at 4:30 and we had to leave our car at Friendship for a diagnosis Saturday am. To make a long story short, we were going to have to stay in Princeton and miss our Vacation. There were no rental cars available. We could not drive our car until it was fixed. Well that's when the Friendship team stepped up. They didn't know us and we didn't buy our car from them, but they came to our rescue. They offered us a car to use to continue on our vacation at no charge. I can't say enough good about them. This dealership is the best. We called daily and spoke to Arron, the service manager as to what was going on with our car. He was extremely nice and always helpful. He was actively involved in solving our car problems. Beyond his help was Gavin PETTREY, the service director and the general manager, Mike Gunter. I am sure every one of them was involved in this process and saving our vacation. They worked together as a team to help us and even gave us a loaner car! They also did the necessary servicing while they were solving our car problem. Customer service is their game. I asked a man standing in the service department who was literally standing, not helping a customer, if someone could remove my license plat. He said he couldn't at that time so I asked for a screwdriver to do it myself. This man looked thru what looked to me like a junk drawer and only found a flat head which wouldn't work. I then asked for one that would work, mind you we are in a service department , he proceeded to tell me the guys are too busy I'm not going to interrupt them for a screwdriver but promised he would remove my tags and keep them for me to pick up. Called today to make sure the license plate was removed and there as promised and they are not and the car has been towed and lied in the phone saying I didn't make it clear what I wanted ‍ how much clearer could I have made it when I asked for a screwdriver to do something you should've offered to do for me.
