They have a drive through and some limited parking. Their small i've cream comes with two scoops so you can mix multiple flavors in your order. They also have sherbet, shakes, and root beer floats. Their flavors can change day to day so you may want to call in if you have your heart set on a particular flavor before you drive over. If you really want a particular flavor you can also order a pint of it and they will make it for you and call you a few days later when it is ready. My favorite flavor was Graham Central Station. Sidenote: the people dinosaur flavor is really vanilla. The employees look like they enjoy their work so it looks like a nice work environment. read more

This place can get rather busy any day of the week and the parking is non existent. You have to park next to the building in a grassy field and walk over. A gem in Palm Bay! Bruster's is a hike for me from where I live but it was definitely worth traveling for. I got the Caramel Brownie Batter and ate it in like 2 seconds. The service really is quick when you order through the window and there's a lot of seating and parking space. Since I live in Satellite Beach, I think there are closer ice cream places that are just as good as Bruster's but I know whenever in the area again I will definitely come back! read more

The flavors I got were oreo cookies and coffee cotton candy (didn't taste good and was annoying because it was loaded with pop rocks candy which popped in my mouth). I didn't want that in my cotton candy ice cream. I like to support local and would give them another shot. I was not wowed but overall liked the ice cream. The staff was friendly and kind. Family owned and operated! This is one of the best family run ice cream places I have been to locally. Everything is made fresh and special orders are made like you are one of the family. Flavors change weekly and the owners are second to none. The line is around the block on any given evening and for good reason. The ice cream is amazing! Bruster's Real Ice Cream is one of my favorite ice cream joints to eat at whenever I am hankering for something sweet and the local ice cream joints are packed. Unlike other ice cream places, this one does taste like homemade ice cream, a huge deal to me when it comes to my choice of cold desserts. First and foremost, it is located on Malabar Rd., just across from Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Like many local ice cream dives, it is a place where you have to park your car and order at the window. There is no indoor seating but they do have some tables with umbrellas around the perimeter of their area. An added bonus, in my opinion as well as some of my friends who visited here (like Mike D.), is the drive-through. There are not many ice cream joints of this caliber with such a commodity for patrons. The only place I can think of is Dairy Queen and well... technically they don't just serve ice cream. As for the ice cream itself, they have their wide range of classic and unique flavors. I am an orange creamsicle kind of guy so I love to have that flavor as a stand alone. For their unique creations/concoctions like the brownie sundaes for example, I default to their "cookie" ice creams like chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies n' cream. All great flavors in my opinion. Finally, the price can be a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but they are at least less than $10 unless you're buying one of those Carvale ice cream cakes they have in stock. Ultimately, I would go to this place again, and again, and again. Definitely worth a stop by for a sweet treat. Go with family and/or friends to hang out or go through the drive-through if you yourself want a treat. read more

Recently came here with friends while in town. We discovered that they have a rotating list of flavors and everything is made in house. They do seasonal flavors and unique selections/flavors. There are a variety of options to enjoy your ice cream, from cones to cups to sundaes and shakes. I absolutely loved the chocolate peppermint ice cream here and the dog pup cups.
