The manager Ryan responded quickly with an estimate then arranged the service call. Domingo and Dan did the work as soon as it was convenient for me and did exactly what I had asked to be done. Finally, the woman in the office (whose name I didn't catch) was also friendly and efficient when I called to make the payment. A few weeks ago I had Brutinel come out and fix a plugged line on a mobile home. Ended up taking three appointments. They said first that the sewage under the MH needed to be pumped out before they would go under the home. I called a pumping company who came out 12 hours later and said there was no sewage to pump and everything was dry. Brutinel came out again the next day with TWO plumbers and fixed the plug. The price? Just over $1,000, including over $100 in materials. They said that they needed someone in the unit to turn on and off the faucets while the apprentice(!) went under the trailer and fixed the leak. I told them I could do that for less than the $200/hr they were paid (excluding the time it took me to coordinate this fiasco). They refused to reduce the price. Then I asked for a detailed breakdown of the parts that cost so much. They came back and said that it should have been only $14 - they had "made a mistake." Well, my mistake was using them at all. Wish I could add an extra star or two. Had a light switch that has been giving us trouble and had 2 other supposably qualified electricians look at it with no resolution just money spent for nothing. Called Brutinel on the recommendation of a longtime friend and I could not be happier. They responded within a day and sent Joseph a technician with the company to trouble shoot and fix the problem. The Moen Posi-temp cartridge went bad in the bathtub faucet that I never used and it was only found during the house inspection when I sold the home. The house is 16 years old. My realtor picked a plumber and if he had told me who he'd chosen, I would have found someone else myself despite being halfway across the country at that point. I used to work for a place in Casa Grande who hired Brutinel for a lot of facility work and they never did the work on time or without some sort of issue. That extends to their residential work as well, too. The plumber came out, turned on the faucet, said (according to the realtor's assistant) "You got water," and left. Of course, it failed the reinspection and the plumber was called out a second time. BRUTINEL CHARGED FOR BOTH TRIPS! Then, when the realtor and I both tried to get them straightened out, the plumber lied and claimed that the cartridge was 'corroded into place' so it took an extra hour to get it out. The cartridges are plastic. So I'm stuck paying 2 hours, plus the cartridge he did eventually replace, because the plumber couldn't identify a super-common issue...AAAAAAND an issue that I'd already fixed myself on two other faucets in the house. Avoid if you don't want them to waste your time and overcharge you for the privilege. ETA: After this review was posted, Brutinel offered to knock the extra hour off my bill in exchange for taking it down. So, ya' know, they try to manipulate their ratings, too. read more

They are easy to work with, not the cheapest but if you want quality work at fair prices then I recommend Brutinel. My water softener blew up and sent debris salt throughout my entire home they basically had to repipe half my home and provide all new plumbing fixtures. Called for new electric service estimate. They were suppose to set up a time to come out never did. Some guy just drove up on the property took pictures from his truck window and drove off. They said we would have an estimate today however when we called they had no clue who we were or what was going on and on top of that extremely rude and unprofessional. On that note we are moving on with a company that has their act together. I find it hard to trust a company with such an important utility. If you can, Avoid this business for your plumbing job! I own a trailer park in Casa Grande very close to this business. On Wednesday morning Jan 14 we called Brutinel for a blocked line in one of the trailers with two very handicapped elderly. First they said they can not get to it that day, but after begging them then they sent a guy at 4:15pm who had no clue what he was doing. He spent an hour and half snaking just in and out with no result on a little trailer bathroom even though the owners repeatedly told him the line is clear in their trailer since they already had done that themselves and he should work on the main. Then he finally goes and spends another hour on the main. Never mentions anything that the sewer was collapsed and by snaking, it can not be fixed. We only found out when he gave his bill to the tenants and they called me to tell me he has charged $275 for a sewer snaking and I called the office to ask the reason for bill to be so high!The office then told me that the plumber told them he got mud when he snaked the main. Well, that is how I knew the job was not done and the line was collapsed. I called and asked to talk to Wes the owner, but he was not helpful at all. I told them the job is not done and I will not pay for it.The tenants still have the problem and we are fixing it as I write this. Very bad and expensive company. read more

Brutinel plumbing is a great company!! I get to Casa Grande in an RV Class C with a commercial kitchen faucet that when I hooked up the water under pressure had a horrible leak. No problem. Change the cartridge. Since it so leaky I have no water to RV because of leak. Call numerous RV fix it types. Plumbers. No one cares or wants to help. I have minimal tools in RV. I call Brutinel and they said bring it by. In literally two minutes Pete had the cartridge out with no effort and explained where to get a replacement!! They don't normally work on RVs but they helped me out when at least 8 places I called did not. By the way. No charge!!! Fair and helpful!! I would trust them with any size job!!! read more

Don't know why you'd go to anyone else. They're always very pleasant to deal with, quick (if they're busy they really try to do their best to fit you in), and you can't really beat the prices compared to everyone else. Out of all the problems I've had, these guys have been the best in town and the office staff really go above and beyond to help and understand what's going on. Make sure you get a quote and compare. We are commerical and paid $880 to replace a 2" copper tee. At this rate I could of replaced the whole water heater. Brutinel did a great job replacing our gas water heater. I called at 2:00 and it was replaced by 4:00. Great service and reasonable prices. I asked them about another plumbing project and they told me how to repair it temporarily and to call them when it needs to be fully replaced, which it will in the near future.
