Nafiz was very great at replying to project inquiry. He was transparent about the cost during the initial quoting process. I needed to have a new toilet installed, that I had previously purchased. I chose him because of his great communication and sense of urgency. He was able to come the next day. He has a very kind and genuine demeanor. I was taken a back when it was time to pay and he had calculating a different cost almost twice as much as the original quote. He assured me it was an honest mistake and refunded me the difference, almost immediately. That is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating. Nafiz and his helper were on time, task was to remove and install 2 toilets with bidets. Care was taken on removal and carrying both the old and new toilets through the house and upstairs. removed all the old hardware and seals, installing new lines and adjusting flush modes. Completed the job in a reasonable time, left the areas clean and debris free. Also, they hauled off the old toilets and packaging. Price was reasonable and competitive. We realized our drains had backed up, on a Saturday night. We called Cleaverland plumbing and spoke to the owner Nafiz. We scheduled for him to come the next morning. He gave us a quote and arrived at 8:00 am on a Sunday no extra charge! He was able to unclog our drains. The following day we noticed some gurgling in our sink. Nafiz came out right away, again no Extra fees. He solved the issue and we couldn't be happier. It's almost impossible to have someone come out on a Sunday and not charge extra. Nefiz was very responsive and did a great job diagnosing the issue. Didn't push me to get extra work but fairly said if we don't replace the garbage disposal he would probably be back clearing out pipes and clogs again in a year. This company I would honestly say he's the best in this business. He answers his phone promptly, you can tell him what you need and gives you a quote of a price and he keeps his word on it. He will tell you up front if you pay in cash or check it's the price he quotes but if you use a credit card you will pay a little more. He will shows up on time and he's ready to work. Our old garbage disposal decided to crap out on us, it was time as it was an old one and then we saw this business on Yelp when we asked for quotes they were one of the lowest quotes we found but they replied fast and then he came out and replaced the garbage disposal unit and there were no issues. He had quoted a price of $250 flat and that's what we paid. I took off one star because they charged $9.75 to use a credit card so be wary of that but other than that it was a great job and we'll use them again for any other plumbing project and just remember not to pay with a card. read more

I can not sing Nafiz's praises enough!! Where do I start?! First off, my fiancé who is a maintenance technician, had been attempting to fix this leak all week. There was a leak in the wall in between my garage and our spare bedroom. The water had flooded the bedroom. We had to turn the water off and on all week to prevent any further damage. I attempted to get someone out through my home warranty company. However, due to living in Maricopa the first company was a no show and then rescheduled to come out a whole week later.
