Brutsky Builds recently completed our kitchen remodel and they exceeded our expectations. This is our third remodel on our 1955 mid-century home - first with Brutsky Builds - and this was our easiest and smoothest remodel. The team did a complete demo of our kitchen, taking it down to the studs. From there, they patched our original wood flooring, tore down a wall and an archway, did new insulation, dry walled, relocated most appliances, shifted our heating vent, hung (heavy) floating shelves, and then did the electrical, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, and tile. All of this was completed in just 30 days. It was wild. And it's GORGEOUS!! Everything turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Erik was extremely personable and we felt trust in him and his work from day one. He made miracles happen by making sure that we had all materials and subcontractors ready to go on day one, with less than a month to prep. Filip was a fantastic project manager who coordinated all details, made sure work was being done every day to keep us on (or ahead) of schedule, and focused on communicating with us daily so we felt informed. General contractors are typically not the greatest with communication and a little chaotic, but these guys are INCREDIBLE! They built everything with excellence and handled our concerns with diligence. We really felt that they were the experts that guided us through the process. Although not perfect humans, and construction can not always go exactly to plan, they always provided reasonable solutions and I felt that we could completely trust them through the process. Erik was a phenomenal hire for our home addition project in Bothell. We were very pleased his quality of service, ethics, & ability to deliver on a timely manner. They started the project with pre-construction management; including working with the city to get the requirements for submitting for permits, architecture/engineering, which after submitted came back with no callouts!! Then they quickly worked to put together the construction budget and plan. Construction was according to the budget and plan, besides minor things that came up and were quickly corrected, we are extremely happy with the process. Excellent work! Had an old nasty wood stove with brick hearth remove. A dirty dusty job but they were clean, reliable, and very professional. From fixing walls and floor, installing new carpet, and repairing ceiling and roof, there is zero evidence the old stove ever existed. I'm very pleased and will be scheduling a future project soon.
