Such a great experience from start to finish. We remodeled our kitchen during COVID and every step of the way the crew was wearing proper PPE. The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures. Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously. They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted. Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen. 10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward. Drew and the team at Eastside Kitchen & Bath did a fantastic job remodeling the bathroom in our house. We started getting quotes around mid-August/early September. Eastside was straight forward with their pricing and were very responsive during the estimation process. I explained to Drew that they would be remodeling the bathroom with our only shower, and he was sure to squeeze us in in order to expedite the process. Overall the project was well managed - because we were out our shower, Drew was focused on getting us a shower as quick as possible, something my wife certainly appreciated! Every day before leaving the team cleaned up, which was very much appreciated. They even sent cleaners in on the last day to make the new space spotless. It it weird that we're going to miss these guys now that the job is done? Drew and his team were phenomenal to work with. We needed two bathrooms remodeled and contacted about six contractors. Drew was able to come out and give us a quote within days. Two contractors never replied until after we already started the project (with Drew); one came out but never gave us a quote. My spouse and I relied heavily on Drew to help us with picking the tiles and vanities. I thought the tile selection would be painful but Drew listened to what we were wanting and brought us great options. He spent the time looking around the store to find just what we wanted to ensure we really were happy with our selections. When the job started, the guys came out and demo'ed with no impact to anything else. I was surprised at how cleanly the demo went. Throughout the project, Drew kept us up to date on the progress (when the door guys were coming; when we needed to get the faucets by). His guys Alex, Zack, and Carey (sorry if I misspelled your names!) were reliable, trustworthy, and extremely capable. They cleaned up every single day (we let them store their items in our bedroom) and I very much appreciated that. The end result is simply amazing. We absolutely love how the bathrooms turned out. It's modern, spacious, and bright. Really, they did a very high quality job. I've heard horror stories about contractors not finishing the job and disappearing or taking way too long but Drew and his guys won't ever be that kind of contractors. Our prior shower tiles were popping off, presumably due to the shower water leaking behind the wall. Think perfect opportunity to renovate our antiquated bathroom! Then right after demolition, multiple leaks were detected---from the roof! Yes, we ended up having to replace the entire roof & gutters as well! What easily could have been a nightmare was made easier with the guidance of Eastside Kitchen and Bath. Zach proactively helped find professionals to help with our roof and orchestrated the daily schedule. Kerry was the team manager, who has a keen eye and skilled workmanship from the flooring to crafting scribes (strips of matching teak to fill the gap between our vanity and wall). We also thank the team of Alex, Kody, and Tyler. Even during the snowstorm, they braved our unplowed hilly streets and were on time. I have been through a few home remodels in my life and they have all been very stressful, except this one. Incidentally, this remodel also happened to be the most extensive remodel I have taken on. Eastside Kitchen and Bath had been recommended by a friend of mine and I am so happy I went with the recommendation. Of course, there are minor things that come up and they are a bit more expensive than I had originally anticipated but the quality of the work and service excellence was well worth the price. Drew, Zach, Alex and all the rest, formed an awesome team. They answered the phone when I called with questions, and they showed up when they said they would show up. They were ALWAYS professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't fit the stereotype of the unreliable contractor; in fact, they are just the opposite.
