London resting after her teeth cleaning. She is so happy
    Kerry O.

Excellent service and veterinarian. Have never had better care given to a fur baby. Highly recommend. Low cost yet they took the time and did an excellent job. My London's teeth are white, the bad breath is gone and she is no longer in pain. Could not be happier with the service.

My 7 month old puppy after your care!

WARNING!!!!!! I don't even know where to begin but shame on this place!!! I had brought My Molly; a 16.5 year old Australian Shepard in Jan. 2023 because she wasn't acting right. After she was checked I was told it was her food. She needed to eat a lower Protein Food. The following day My Molly couldn't stand so I took her to Sherman Emergency Hospital. She had a tumor in her throat & it was Thyroid Cancer . On the third day after coming to your facility we had to have Molly put to sleep. You people misdiagnosed her!!..She had been coming to your facility for years & had received great care before. We trusted You.. It took me along time to decide to get another puppy but instead of one we got two. Two Mini Aussie sisters: Sophie & Fiona. I had been trying to find a place to get them spayed but any place I called was 2 to 3 weeks out & we could not wait. My husband brought both puppies in on Wednesday April 10, 2024; to be spayed before they went into heat. (They are 7 months old.) So with saying all of this I thought I'd give Bryan County another chance. As my husband was waiting he saw the Gray Haired Nurse put Sophie on the scale , she then picked her up by the scruff of her neck & grabbed her above her tail on her back & slid her off the scale across the floor!!! Unacceptable!!! Who do you people think you are manhandling someone's pet like that!! My Sophie is a timid little girl!! She's still out of sorts & hiding from me.. No one had called us for pick them up so I started calling at 1:45 pm. I called 6 times of which 5 times I was hung up on!! We arrived at 3:00 pm & I went to receive my 2 puppies back. After I had put Sophie in the car & was returning with Fiona my husband had noticed Sophie's right eye.(Pictures below) I immediately went back inside & asked what happened to Sophie? I was asked if she had it when she came to hospital.. Of curse not!!! The Gray Haired Nurse being as kind as possible at this time; came out to look at Sophie & took her back inside (to which I couldn't go back) to see what the Vet had to say. "Oh, she burst her Blood Vessel fighting sleep." WHAT!!!!! DO YOU PEOPLE THINK I AM AN IDIOT!? 1st: You gave her iv drugs to knock her out, How did she fight that? Why couldn't someone just be honest & tell me she was anxious & her blood pressure went up or that her blood pressure dropped during surgery or she was dropped!!! YOU DID NOT HAVE TO LIE!! I've already sought Medical Advice for her & some kind of Trauma has happened!! I will never bring another animal or suggest anyone else brings an animal to you all!!! After Frieda died this place should have been shut down!!!!!!~! Customer Business is word of mouth so believe me; If anyone asks about Bryan County Animal Hospital I will tell them to grab their pet & run!!! We took her to an Animal Emergency ER last night because her eye was filling with blood. We were told she had head Trauma!!! She was given a shot of Vitamin K & new medications. Our little trip to your place cost us another $700 to help our puppy. You people need to re-evaluate yourselves!!

Be prepared to wait 3 or 4 hours before anyone will see you. And no, they aren't that busy.

Please here my warnings!! I can not say strongly enough…read morehow absolutley HORRIBLE Katie Hayes practice is as a veterinarian in my experiences and many many people I have spoke with! But I will only speak for myself . PLEASE, for your sake but most of all your horses sake, take them anywhere else! I could tell you the night mares and money her partices have cost me and my horses and may one day if I have a couple of extra hours! This is not a fresh wound for me but felt compelled today to state my heart felt plea of warning for someone that might read yelps reviews about Katie Hayes. Don't prove me right! You will be kicking yourself because you have been forewarned. I wish she was even adequate enough since she is the closest equine vet around, but I will & do drive miles and miles to never use her again. NEVER! I will say that I did say that I would never use her once before several years ago and then used her for a simply procedure last year that one of my older horses needed on a holiday and guess what my horse even before getting him back in the trailer was at deaths door of what she did to him. She even said "you know, he propably won't make it through the night" She is COLD and only money driven. She charged me several++ hundreds of dollars because of all the meds he now need because of what SHE DID to him. I can and will confidently say I WILL NEVER EVER have her touch a horse of mine again. Looking back my horses where NEVER EVER diagnosed correctly and what ever she did and or did not do cost my horses so much more pain and me more money. I believe with ALL MY HEART that is her plan.
