By far the best animal clinic I've ever been to. Worth a drive up there. The folks are just…read moreoutstanding. You do have to get there early because they don't take appointments. But their prices are spot on and I'll go to them them every time I'm in the area.

Neutered only one testicle…read more. Angry, hurt, disappointed..where do I even begin. I live in Dallas. I drove 80 miles to get my Sheru neutered. I work full time and don't have days off very often. This place was the only place that does walk in surgeries which I was happy about. As soon as I walked inside, I felt the worst energy possible. Everything in me told me to just go home despite driving 80 miles to get there. The front desk girls are just horrible. Customer service was awful, I didn't even get a hi from anyone. Nor was I told the price of surgery, how long it will take, what they were doing, when they were starting..nothing. The front desk girl just told me to bring him inside (he was in the car) and that's it. I took him in from the back of the clinic where they keep the pups post surgery. One of the cages was DROWNED in blood and it was unsettling. Since there was absolutely no communication, I finally asked the girls in the back WHILE they were sedating him in front of me "No one really told me the price, how much would it be?" They snarked at me and said it's my responsibility to ask the price myself (she said $200). Fast forward to later when I pick him up, thank the heavens he looked fine and even had energy to hop in my car seat which I'll give this clinic credit for..thank you guys for not butchering him. But guess what..THEY CHARGED ME $250. That's not including the cone and pain meds. I told them this wasn't the price I was told. 30 mins of back and forth, they fixed it. When I left the clinic and arrived home in Texas, unfortunately that's when I noticed they only neutered one testicle. Please look at the pics below.. I called the clinic 20 times (different parts of the day)..no one picked up. And when someone finally did, they implied I'm lying and how "unusual" that sounds. Please tell me why I'd be lying driving 160 miles in total for my dog while having one testicle removed. Needless to say, this place is absolutely awful and they genuinely do not care about your pets. They are just running a business. I now have to spend more money to get the other testicle removed. So ridiculous and upsetting.

They claimed that it wasn't checked on the chart, but when they checked again, it was. They took him back to get mircrochipped but now we have to find another time to get his baby teeth pulled. What if that had been an allergy that they overlooked? Absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. Worst vet experience I've ever experienced.

The treatment and care provided by the entire staff were truly above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, every team member demonstrated exceptional compassion, comfort, and helpfulness during an incredibly difficult time. When Monkey passed away, the staff supported me with professionalism and genuine kindness. They assisted with every detail, making an overwhelmingly painful experience as gentle and manageable as possible. I am deeply grateful for their compassion and the loving way in which each staff member treated both Monkey and me. It is rare to encounter such heartfelt care in a veterinary setting. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Their dedication and empathy meant the world to me, and I will always be thankful for the comfort they provided. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Today was a tuff day for me, my cat awoke me with painful cries at 4AM, she was laying by her food…read moreand water bowel and couldn't eat. I bit the bullet took her to VEG ER for Pets, only to find out she had advanced congestive heart failure. I don't believe in putting animals down, so I went for surgery. The team was great, they did everything they could ultrasound, removed 2 12 once cans of fluid which was preventing her from eating. They gave me some discounts making the emergency visit more reasonable then normal. I get home with her, let her come out of the carrier by herself, then she moved over to the couch stayed there for some time, then she jumped off the couch heading to the bedroom wobbling, then i heard the most horrible scream of pain and she just fell. I went to pick her up she was limp, I shook her and she came too, called the vet then went back, while driving to the vet she was talking to me, when I arrive, they start working on her and her heart stopped. I told them DNR. They brought me into a consoling room to be with her gave me as much time as I wanted. Finally, when I was ready to leave, they offered cremation services which was very expensive, so I declined they gave me a cardboard coffin and went back home to do some research. While conducting research I found Pet Passages online. They made the process very easy, you order online, you bring your animal in then they take care of the rest. I like the fact pricing is all up front, no games, no guesses. The owner was really nice and totally understood what I was going through, he just lost his dog a few weeks ago. He pulled Josie out put her out on the table you see here attached. The waterfall feature in the room made it perfect to hold her one last time and greave. May she rest in peace.

From the moment we arrived, they treated our family, and Wilson, with such kindness, dignity, and care. They allowed us to take our time saying goodbye in a serene, calming setting and never made us feel rushed. That meant everything to us. Losing a pet is incredibly painful, but the way they guided us through the process made it feel gentle and respectful. We are so grateful to Pet Passages & Dr. McPherson for helping Wilson cross the rainbow bridge with such compassion.
