Our representatives are incredibly rude and condescending. I send messages to the two reps assigned to our HOA along with for our five others from AMS in hopes that anyone will respond, and they go completely unanswered. I have no idea what we are paying these people for. The tone of their letters to homes owners are threatening and punitive. Our rep yesterday actually told me that "they were there to come after us" when he was speaking about compliance. When I questioned that categorization enforcing the HOA bylaws, he said, "Oh, I'm sorry, let me be PC (politically correct) with you, then he proceeded to rant in a very sarcastically "proper" tone. Their record keeping is abysmal, and I actually believe that some of their practices may not even be illegal.

Every time I got that call, I told the people I am not interested in selling and to please not call anymore. All of the companies respected my wish I never called again. But the one lady from Sadle Team Keller Williams has called me nine times since then. This was approximately one month ago. Every time she calls I ask her to not call me and to remove my number from the list. She completely refuses and continues to call me asking me if I want to list my home. This is borderline harassment, and I would never work with or recommend a company that practices in this way.
