We have recently purchased a villa and the result of the building inspection pointed out several deficiencies...the most troubling of which could not be identified. For example, there was no way to turn on the lights over the breakfast nook. In addition, the kitchen had been remodeled, and several of the switches were inoperative or mysterious. We also needed a junction box repaired in a confined attic space and other wiring brought up to code. Finally, we were adding multiple fans to the unit. We had Jeremy and his helper Nick do the work. Everything was done with top notch quality in mind. What was most impressive to me was the trouble shooting which was done to run down the problems we couldn't even identify. The approach was logical, explained well, and executed. It was clear that more than textbook, a lot of experience was brought in to play. In addition, cleanup was meticulous. Everything was fixed, all units installed, and you literally couldn't tell they had been there to do the work. In fact, with cleanup, they left it in better shape than they found it. Andrew and George showed up a little early much to my surprise! I was very glad to see them. And very anxious to see my new decorating ideas put in place. We went over the pieces and what went where. Also discussed what we would do with the old fixtures. They started with the traditional Swarovski dining room chandelier. Included in this installation was a ceiling medallion. We discussed the space between the lowest hanging crystal and the table. All went well and when I entered the dining room after completion, I gasped! Looked just wonderful! Perfect work! The foyer chandelier was from Pottery Barn as were the wall sconces. These were a bit easier to assemble. All I can say is stunning! I luv them. The last fixture was an orb with the crystal chandelier inside. This one I could tell was a bugger. Instructions were far from perfect, the crystals had to be strung together, and I was ready to tell them to throw it in the canal. I have used Bryan Hindman Electric 3 times now and will never use anyone else. From the initial visit to quote the job I have never had a bad experience. This last time was even better than the others. I am remodeling my kitchen in a 1955 year built home with some HORRIBLE previous work done so they had their work cut out for them. The gentlemen they sent out were incredible! Always professional, friendly, and working. This particular job had to have 2 visits- the second visit just as good as the first. When the crew left, I realized there was a missing switch for the garbage disposal that I thought should have been put in. When I called I spoke to Trish who immediately called the servicemen. Wow! I called from work regarding a faulty light switch that was making crackling noise when I had flipped it on earlier in the morning. I was given an appointment time for when I got home from work, that same day. Jeremy & Jake showed up on time, and not only that--after replacing the switch, I was told I still had time on my hour--what else could they do? The hourly rate was exceptional, and they completed three other small projects! These guys are awesome! There is nothing they can't do, I have used these guys on several occasions from running LEDs in my crown molding and under cabinets. Hooked up my dryer outlet, put in bar lights, my lanai fans, fixed light switches, put in towel heaters in all bathrooms, even as a favor Andrew installed my in wall ironing board! I had a ceiling fan installed on February 15th. I have done many home improvements on many homes that I have owned over the years. The service provided was wonderful. The Technicians showed up on time, they could have been more courteous and done a better job than then did. They cleaned up after themselves and it is as if they were never her but for the fact that I have a beautiful new fan. The price was more than fair and the service could not have been better. George and Dex wired and installed a canless light in our master shower, replaced exhaust fan/light, removed a chandelier and replaced it with a 4" can light in the master bathroom plus they replaced two lanai light fixtures with surface mounted disc lights. We have used them twice. First time we needed a bypass installed for our generator to hook to our electrical panel. The second time we needed them to fix a problem caused by the handyman who installed a ceiling fan and managed to make a couple of wall sockets stop working.
