I will never return based on my latest experience. I selected regular gas ($2.99 per gallon) at the pump at this gas station. It seemed like a great gas price. I requested a receipt at the pump. I discovered that I was instead charged for premium gas ($4.139 per gallon). My total price was $35.53, well above the expected. I even recalculated my receipt price to ensure that there was an error. I went inside the attached True North store to inquire about the correct price. The gas station employees did not check the transaction or the pump or even the cameras. Instead they stated that I dragged the cord over the premium gas selecting more than one gas. The employee then wouldn't go of my receipt and followed me outside. He proceeded to communicate to me in a very derogatory and condescending manner regarding how my error occurred and how I caused this issue. He demonstrated the correct way to pump gas! His voice volume kept increasing. When I stated that this seems like an unethical business practice/intentional overcharge or pump malfunction, the employee got aggravated. He stated that I am not open to constructive criticism, that I'm rude, and so on. As an overcharged customer, I didn't expect this level of communication. There was no apology, sympathy, investigation or even basic human respect. The employee did not allow me to leave this gas station and kept coming closer to me. It was a very strange communication. Finally when I received the receipt after asking for it, I departed from this gas station. He kept saying something to me. This was a very disappointing experience. I wanted to alert my neighbors about possible overcharges at this gas station. Since July 4th holiday is coming up, I would hate for someone to be overcharged. Especially if people are budgeting or relying on accurate gas prices. I shared my experience in a local community group. Multiple people were overcharged at this gas station in the same manner, they came forward. They selected regular gas and were charged for premium. It seems that either there are malfunctioning pumps or unethical business practice. There were many different ways to address my question about the price. There were opportunities to check the transaction or the pump. I was disappointed that this experience derailed instead. I just wanted a quick gas station fill up and not all this. I will never return based on this experience. If you go here, please request and check your receipts! Please ensure that you are being charged for your accurate gas selection.

The space at this gas station is pretty tight, it gets difficult to maneuver in the evenings The inside has the usual snacks, drinks, and some sandwiches. Everything inside is pretty overpriced. There are really no "wow" snacks or anything at the gas station. The sandwiches and salads sold here are not tasty at all. Just the basics. The service is not good. I would say it's pretty dismissive. I don't enjoy interacting with the staff here at all and avoid going in as much as possible. If you're just trying to get gas and go, this place will absolutely do the job. If you're looking for anything more than that... keep driving Note: Bathroom is not available for customers.

It's great because despite being taught a zillion times how to add air to my tires, I still can't get it. This time, my tire pressure gauge was malfunctioning. Ugh. Anyway, the air is free, and the staff is great. I usually try to buy something from their convenience store in return as a thanks. The only reason it gets one star off is I would love to buy gas from them since it's super close by, but the prices are usually some 25-30c more expensive per gallon than other places nearby.

I suggested the go to Tom and his amazing staff that only focus in on those two brands of cars. The problems are fixed at a reasonable rate. Plus the know what to look out for in the future for potential issues, but ones that do not need work now. High quality work, great communication, great prices.
