Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn't do a diagnostic so it's not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it's being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says "well, you didn't want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can't tell you what's wrong." It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! Let me also be perfectly clear!! There were NO issues with my power steering BEFORE I took my car in. I've had it looked at 2 times in AZ and once here in Cleveland by Toyota only a month ago when they replaced the belt for the power steering. The rack and pinion needed replaced before the boots were torn and you can't just replace the boots.

They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. My suspension and ride needed help; they replaced the stabilizer bar and other parts, significantly improving my ride and handling. Recently, I brought my car in to make the air conditioning colder. Whatever was done, I now have colder air conditioning, making my drive significantly more comfortable. They are friendly and demonstrate their attention to customer service and customer satisfaction.
