Being a Cleveland/ West Park native, I've now lived in NYC for more than in Ohio at this point, and as life works itself out, my child decided on a school in Youngstown and needed a car. I gave him my 2007 (169K) Prius because as the original owner, I know the reliability of the car and all the work I put into it to keep it going to 300K (fingers crossed). Nonetheless it is 14 years old car and Prius' are notorious for elaborate dash light displays, especially jarring is what I came to know as the red triangle of death, seriously called this once by a Brooklyn mechanic. My kid went to Zeppetella's within an hours notice of calling the shop, Tony ran a diagnostic, fixed what needed adjusting, and then actually walked my son through a few of the fixes he could do by himself. Having a dicey past with mechanics, mostly due my ignorance and lack of time to research in an emergency, I am so grateful that there are righteous mechanics and shops around that are experts at what they do, honest about the diagnosis, and willing to show an interested kid some tips on how to fix their own car. My daughter took her Honda crv in to have it fixed they had it 2 weeks couldn't fix it but they put a battery in it without telling her first then today their car wouldn't start I told her to take it to auto zone to have it checked and it was exactly what I thought they didn't tighten the battery cables to the terminals and didn't tighten the battery in the car are you kidding me and on top of that they had to take it to Honda to get the original problem fixed this shop it a damn joke and the old man is rude don't take anything to these incompetent people how sad James hufford thanks read more

Tony and his staff are first class, They always provide great detail in explaining your repair needs and always provide a fair and accurate estimate Recently had my daughters brakes repaired and the dealer repair would have been substantially more They do it all! They have been our mechanic for over 8 years and we would not consider going anywhere else. They can usually get you in within 24 hours but scheduling appointments in advance is best. They have a night drop which comes in handy as well. All in all trustworthy and priced fairly, what more could you ask for. read more

Honest, reasonable prices. Asked if they could investigate a clicking noise while turning, fearing CV axles needed replaced. They adjusted brake pads which eliminated the sound, no charge, while car was in for a new starter. Would have given 5 stars, but found dirt/grease on door/steering wheel/dash and they forgot to re-connect the fan which caused the car to overheat a couple days later. But this may be because they were short staffed and very busy. Just grateful they were able to fix the problems at a reasonable price. read more

When I Had my truck,I took it in for brake repairs,I had brake problems ever since,I come to find out that they put on warped rotors which caused uneven wear on the pads and the whole truck shook when I hit the brakes so I told them about it and they wanted more money to fix the same problem that they were supposed to fix in the first place also due to the truck shaking because of bad brake parts I blew a tire due to the uneven wear because of the shaking which also due to that a tie rod got knocked loose and broke,few months later my power steering box goes out and they replaced the gaskets on the box only, a few hours later I lost power steering again so I took my truck to another garage and they asked if they completely removed the box and I said no to which the mechanic replied they should have,They refuse to refund or reimburse any money or redo any repairs. read more

Took my car here to diagnose a problem. Six business days later, after leaving multiple messages and even stopping up and no return calls, the owner calls to tell me it's ready and it will be $800+! Never got a quote but he decided installed the parts. My neighbor recommended them but he won't go back himself based on the lack of communication and poor service. Never got an apology from the owner. Stay away from this shop. read more

I am from Turkey and I come from a place where fixing is always cheaper then replacing things he made old car last as long as it could and it was still running great I drive for uber and put 700+ miles a week and he made sure my car is always in good shape I would come in for the smallest things and he would tell me if it needed changed. Definitely honest had to take my car one and last time somewhere else for a ripped conveyor belt got charged 1200$ he said he could have fixed it for 350$ Definitely great prices and he only changes it when you want it or if it's needed. It was the Wednesday of the second week of my new job when I smelled gas around my car. I was on Center Ridge in Rocky River so pulled into a well known auto repair and told them I had a gas leak. They said they were booked until Friday and sorry they couldn't help me and watched me get back in my car and drive away. I looked on Yelp and found Zeppetella with 5 star reviews. I called and Roy answered and said they were slammed and booked until Friday too but he wanted to know what seemed to be the problem. I said I think I have a gas leak. He said bring it in right away and we'll look at it. Turns out it was a major gas leak and dangerous for me to be driving. I thought WOW they really cared and were concerned for me the person. They fixed my car and also changed my oil, fixed a tail light that was out and one of my headlights. When I got the bill I was so surprised at how reasonable and affordable it was. I was soo impressed with Tony the owner and his team because not only did they do a wonderful job on my car they are wonderful people that really care. I have been recommending them to everyone!
