They obviously put other vehicles ahead of mine. Which rubbed me the wrong way. But I tried to be patient. We agreed on an oil change, tune up, brakes, strut and tires for 2 grand. They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. I am so upset that I paid thousands of dollars to fix a van that wasn't worth fixing in the first place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

When I got there I didn't see my car in the parking lot or in the shop, so of course I'm gonna ask about it. When I asked where my car was the owner was extremely rude. Said he was another shop where the do tire rotations. How the hell am I supposed to know that. Then he said " I said I would call you when it's ready"! I don't mind waiting, and as soon as the car is done I'm heading off to work. the dude is just an asshole for no reason. Don't go here! They also put too much air in my front tires so I had to go to the gas station to deflate them. I highly recommend not giving them your business.

They said they provide estimates only on the day of service, once the car is on-site. WHAT? I can tell you what my car is, and exactly what I need, but you can't provide an estimate in advance? Then I asked him how could he sleep with himself at night knowing that he's taking advantage of people charging soooooo much more!! And I told him God Bless Him. Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. It's really hard to find HONEST car mechanics…read more Twice now, I have taken my car in and told them I was sure I needed brake pad replacements. Both times, they sent me on my way with the assurance that the brakes were fine. A dishonest mechanic would have replaced them the first time. Their prices are reasonable and they have often times, tweaked things for free. Although I believe no mechanic is perfect due to the nature of the business and countless variables, I am fairly confident that A to Z does honest reliable work. I would highly recommend them.

He checked out my vehicle (no leaks or damage), topped off the brake fluid and put air in the tires for no charge. He would't even accept a tip. The issue seems to be resolved. Friendly and honest customer service. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a relatively older vehicle in North Royalton. I am seriously considering switching permanently, because I like John's management style better. A to Z answers their phone, unlike my regular mechanic, who doesn't always pick up or, for that matter, return phone calls when I leave a message. It seems that A to Z appreciates the business.
