For the second time we set up a wash for,our RV after we returned from vacation. Each time, there has been a last minute cancellation by whomever was assigned to perform the services for us. This time the appointment was cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time, with no offer to reschedule. We don't know how well they perform their services, BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOW UP. Be aware Bryan's Mobile Detailing isn't owned by Bryan anymore, but rather someone named Jeff. Ok, so we arranged a RV wash, on the Bryan's Mobile Detailing website, a company/person we have used numerous times before. On the day a gentleman shows up, and he isn't Bryan, and he states a gentleman named Jeff has bought the company. Ok I think to myself, perhaps they should make a website change, or something, we'll see how this goes. I escort him to the backyard to show him the motorhome, and his truck has magnetic signs that say Wally's auto detailing. That's strange......so I assume this guy that showed up is Wally, and I get the feeling from our very brief conversation, he isn't used to washing a motorhome. He starts by pressure washing the roof, and then spends the next 30+ minutes trying to get his pressure washer to start again, I look out to check on his progress, because Bryan is usually just about done.....but this guy seems upset, so I went to see what was, and he mentions his equipment failure, and asks me to reschedule, and he packs up his truck, and leaves befuddled. So.....now my motorhome is dirtier than it was, and I have wasted an afternoon. read more

This guy should take out the detail part of his business name. I paid $215 for what was suppose to be a full detail. I would have had a cleaner truck at the drive through car wash. I asked for a full detail and polish, which he said included wash, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clay bar, wax and buff out. All I got was a wash, no buff out, shampoo, wax or clay bar. Even when I called him back out I showed him that he didn't vacuum between or under my seats the dash was still dirty and the mirrors had dirt on them still. Then I showed him that there was dirt on the bottom of the doors. How would that be there if he buffed it out? The only response I got was my kid must have done that. Absolutely amazing service! (Sorry I forgot your name car wash man ) He arrived on time. He was courteous and friendly. He spent 3 hours paying very close attention to detail. I wish I took some before pictures. But he got out a SLIME stain from the back seat fabric that was left there by my 2 small children. As a matter of fact, the whole back seat looked, to me, like little ravenous gremlins invaded and left stain, dirt, and crumbs everywhere. My car looks ready to sell. Worst detail ever, the car wash does a better job for$20. Plastic dressing only on part of the plastics with parts left undressed. Dirt and dust on many parts. Emailed Bryan about it and got standard form letter response like "sorry that is not like him I'll let him know so he can do better next time". Next time? On 1/4/22, I booked a carwash, wax and headlight restoration for today, Monday, 1/10/22. I asked for the day off from work in order to avoid the 20% cancellation charge. This morning 12 minutes before the scheduled appt, 0900, I received a text from Bryans Mobile Detail that he was not feeling well and would not make it to the appt. Totally unreliable and no way to do business with a brand customer, possibly client...I do not recommend doing business with this company, Bryan's Mobile Detail!!! read more

I'm not exactly sure where to start. Less than please with the service. First, they were late. Called to let me know, so it would not have been a big deal if the following had not also occurred. A little over an hour into the "detail" they had to leave to retrieve more supplies. Then informed me that since they had been there longer than two hours they would have to charge more. They did not leave until over three hours later. Again, not a problem if they hadn't tried to charge me more for them not being prepared. The end result? Not good. I do not see how I paid for a detail. It looks as if it's run though a car wash. There are still stains on the seats, which came up when I scrubbed them. The carpets don't even look vacuumed. And the door handles are still filthy. This is a poor excuse for a detail. I've had the same car detailed by Apex Mobil Detailing in the past and the car was brand new. This time my husband found Bryan's Mobile Detailing and I couldn't be more unsatisfies. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard from the owner... I scheduled the night before and he was there right on time. He did an excellent job. Before looking at his prices I texted a couple other people for quotes and never heard back. We have been using this detailer on a weekly basis since probably 2013. They are extremely punctual. If on the extremely rare occasion they will be late they will call me up or text me and make sure it's ok. Our vehicles look amazing after they are done. read more

I had forgot to point out a grease stain on my seat that I really wanted dealt with and when I went out to show him he had already taken care of it. Sometimes, first impressions are exactly what you get, and it was not different with our experience with this company. Here we were expecting Bryan and his nice set up to roll down our street. However, what we got was an old, small Nissan pick up truck, and two teenagers, one about 19 and the other about 16. I have a 19 year old, and I wouldn't pay him to wash anything, let alone $150 for a detail. I got this for my husband for Father's Day, and when I think detail, I think Q-tips and toothbrushes are used to clean every nook and cranny. After they finished, which was not after 2 hours, my husband did not bother to go out and inspect. Unfortunately, I was in the shower because I would have. Needless to say, I think I would have done a better job. My husband had to spend 20 minutes cleaning up the areas that were neglected, like the raised chrome lettering on the sides and back of the truck. The grim that was in there had not been removed so he did it with a toothbrush and some Simple Green. He also had to go around and clean the painted parts of the wheel wells because there was still dirt and stuck on stuff on them. They did not clean the air vents, which I would expect to be cleaned with Q-tips to get the dust our from in between the slats. My husband said I could have saved $70 and taken down to the car wash. They would do the same type of job for $80. I don't think we are being too picky since this service is called the "Diamond Detail". I was really expecting more. Teenagers are not the right people to wash cars. As a matter of fact, my husband was watching them and noticed that the 16 year old was kicking back in the drivers side of their truck while the older one cleaned up for ten minutes. He saw him actually lean the chair back to relax. Maybe this is where they think it's a two hour service so one of them can relax while the other one cleans up all by himself since it takes longer for one to do the clean up. Not impressed and we will not be using this service again. read more

I paid $150 thinking that Bryan would come, but two young guys showed up. I was unable to watch much of the process due to a recent back surgery, so I had to trust them. I thought it would take around 3 hours, but they were done in an hour and 15 min. I went out before they left and found that all my wheels had old dark grease on them which they spent 15 min on before they left, but only after I told them to. The outside did not seem to be well cleaned and waxed smooth. I had to remove some marks after they left. Black moldings and parts around the mirrors were not cleaned. The interior was clean, but some areas,such as the center console were left dirty. It appeared to me that the these kids were not concerned about doing a good job. For the price, I was very disappointed, but I did not call Bryan to discuss it. I have a feeling he wouldn't have been pleased to hear about it. read more

First time I have ever used Bryan's service. I have a friend who uses his services once a month and is always pleased with him, so she bought me a gift certificate for a platinum detail for my newly purchased mercedes. I was extremely disappointed, I could have done a better job. My windows were not wiped clean, wax was left on my fender, my wheels still had brake dust and hard water spots on them, and he worked on it for three hours. My mom also had her truck done and it's three times the size of my car yet it took him less time to do my moms truck, not sure I understand how that works. I will never use his services again and would prefer to wash and wax my own car and save the money had it not been for the gift certificate I would have never bothered with it. read more
