They explained they would short fill a few of our scripts to get them lined up and about 4 months into the program we still were not synced at all. It has become a recurring issue every time I try to pick up meds. Called yesterday to make sure they knew one of my monthly prescriptions has a fill date of today and that I'd pick it up early afternoon. They said they knew it was coming up and would have it ready. Fast forward to today at 2 after sitting in the drive thru for a while, they didn't have it ready and had to find a pharmacist to simply locate the script in the computer and low and behold it wasn't even filled. Although they don't have a drive-thru service, they offer pick-up, delivery and mail service. There are very few of these caring businesses still in existence since the influx of prescription drug companies trying to force us to use big chain pharmacies. Luckily I was able to change my insurance to have coverage at this pharmacy. You just can't get that five star level of care from mail order or chain speeds like Walgreens, Walmart or CVS. I highly suggest giving them a call, especially if you are on a fixed income.
