Got my grandson from his home and drove over around 12:15 pm. Lady at the counter said she was sorry, but they cannot give Medicaid covered shots until the child is 19 years old. Grandson needed the Flu shot for his medical training class, so I went ahead and got both for $118.00. Surprised at the turn of events and attitude change, but same thing happened at Walgreens. So, I needed them to call the other pharmacy to get it transferred. I found out through the other pharmacy that Walgreens attempted only one time to call them while they were at lunch and didn't try again. I needed my prescription filled that day. So, at 4:50 pm I left work early and rushed to Walgreens and asked them to please call the other pharmacy to get my Rx transferred before the other pharmacy closes. The lady at Walgreens took my name and info. I watched her take it to the back to show the pharmacist. I heard him say, "We tried them and they didn't answer." THEN I WITNESSED HIM CUMBLE UP AND THROW AWAY ALL MY INFORMATION. So I yelled, "Hey! I need that filled today! Please call them now! They will answer!" So the pharmacist, too embarrassed to take my info out of the trash, asked me what the number it was to the other pharmacy. They got it transferred. They told me they would text me when my prescription was ready. At about midnight I was starting to really feel sick so I went up there. Sure enough it had been ready for a few hours. It was a pretty poor experience overall.

They explained they would short fill a few of our scripts to get them lined up and about 4 months into the program we still were not synced at all. It has become a recurring issue every time I try to pick up meds. Called yesterday to make sure they knew one of my monthly prescriptions has a fill date of today and that I'd pick it up early afternoon. They said they knew it was coming up and would have it ready. Fast forward to today at 2 after sitting in the drive thru for a while, they didn't have it ready and had to find a pharmacist to simply locate the script in the computer and low and behold it wasn't even filled. Absolutely infuriating.
