Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0. They took us straight to their shop and not only gave us the best price around but also gave our daughter a popsicle. I brought my 1965 Ford F-350 to this shop last year based on the recommendation of someone I…read moretrusted. I brought the truck in to repair existing oil leaks, including the rear seal, install new tires, and perform additional mechanical work. Approximately 200 miles after leaving the shop, the truck suffered an oil-pump failure and became inoperable. The shop had put synthetic oil in the engine, and my current mechanic has identified additional concerns with the work that was performed, including issues with the oil-pump gaskets and other workmanship. I have documentation of the original work, invoices, photographs, and the subsequent repairs and findings from my mechanic. I have attempted to resolve this directly with the shop and have asked them to cover the repairs related to the work I believe caused or contributed to the damage. At this point, they have been unwilling to do so. I brought my truck to them in good faith and expected it to be returned to me in reliable condition. Instead, I have incurred significant additional repair and transportation expenses. I am willing to share the shop's response as well as the documentation supporting my concerns. I would much rather have resolved this directly and fairly than post a negative review. Until this matter is resolved, based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution before having a classic or vintage vehicle serviced here.
