As a customer, I relied on their professional expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and I trusted them when they said the issue had been fixed. They repaired the driver's side but failed to recommend or even mention replacing the passenger's side. Just three days later the passenger side brake line failed completely. I had to blindly fly into a turn with absolutely no brakes, putting myself and my family in extreme danger. This forced me to pay for a tow and take the vehicle to a different mechanic to actually get the problem fixed correctly. I called to try and get a partial refund, and the manager claimed they did recommend replacing both sides, which they absolutely did not. I would have gladly paid to replace both sides if they had given me the option. I know how critical brakes are. They refused to take responsibility for the danger they put us in and only offered me a "deal" on an oil change or small maintenance work. I obviously do not trust them to touch my car ever again. If you value your safety, go anywhere else.

They will show you a list of items to consider and give it to you but again, no pressure. In and out quickly. I did a quick google search on places that offered brake fluid changes (I have a 2022 Honda Civic and ain't no way in hell I was going to a dealer and selling a kidney for something like that) and found out they did that service and many more. The appointment process was very easy online, they where SUPER fast and friendly. I had them check on my Blower Motor after I had gone to MAXI Auto who charged me way too much for a diagnostic that didn't even sound right. Jonge? I believe his name was, was VERY helpful and so nice, after explaining everything to him he offered to look at it right away and gave me his second opinion which sounded a lot more plausible than what MAXI said. I asked them that if I bought the part would they put it on and they said yes. MAXI wanted $170 for the part I found online for $50... the estimate for labor and parts (and filters they wanted to add on that I didn't even need) was almost $400...yeah MAXI is a rip off anytime I need anything else I'll be coming here.

Drove back to my cousins house, .08 miles. Parked overnight. Got up to a flat tire the next morning. Went to Quality Tire, 1.0 mil. Tech couldn't find anything wrong with my tire but I did have a broke stud, which according to the tech, was cross threaded. Took my car back to Valvoline After "reviewing their camera" they determined they were at no fault. BIG SURPRISE! You tell me, is this all a coincidence?? Valvoline for me NEVER AGAIN!
