I was getting X-rays that day, some parents don't have the privilege of having a babysitter or someone to go with them to appointments. I was expecting some compassion maybe, or understanding. My kids could have easily sat in the hallway for 3 mins on my phone playing games while I got the X-ray.

She was very rude toward my mother-in-law when she discovered her cataracts. She told me that since I had been to Visionworks she would assume that I am ignorant of how eye doctors work. Also, her husband kept coming into her office and interrupted her. This put her behind along with scheduling 3 people at once. Also, she was hateful when she told me that I had the beginnings of macular degeneration due to diabetes. I would not recommend her.
