My bike ended up needing some more work the next day and the owner actually came to my apartment within minutes of my call to the store, to do the work since I didn't have a ride to the shop. On every visit, they have repaired the problem and have never tried to upsell me on some other aspect of the bike. The last visit has given me a reason to take the next step and write a comment as their customer service was outstanding. Through a mutual miscommunication, the wrong replacement tire was ordered and placed on my bike. I only noticed this about five weeks later, and went in hoping they might switch for the desired tire with some discount for the replacement. Dan, the owner of the shop apologized and went much further than I had expected in ensuring my satisfaction in the overall experience. In 2026, to have this kind of old school (i.e., proper) customer service is rather exceptional. This kind of service requires customer loyalty in response. I will always come to Dan for repairs and future purchases. I heartily recommend that anyone who needs bicycle repairs do the same.

I did not find them to be more expensive than any other shops I have been to. It all seemed fairly priced and they have gone above and beyond what was asked. If you want to do it correctly and do not know what you are doing with your bike, others may want to cry about it but that wont adequately fix it. As far as their "Sobar", it is super chill and 80's night was busy and fun. They had snacks and such floating around too and my lil one had a blast. Cannot imagine why someone would rate them below 5 stars - you gotta be mad at the world.
