The last visit has given me a reason to take the next step and write a comment as their customer service was outstanding. Through a mutual miscommunication, the wrong replacement tire was ordered and placed on my bike. I only noticed this about five weeks later, and went in hoping they might switch for the desired tire with some discount for the replacement. Dan, the owner of the shop apologized and went much further than I had expected in ensuring my satisfaction in the overall experience. In 2026, to have this kind of old school (i.e., proper) customer service is rather exceptional. This kind of service requires customer loyalty in response. It's a little annoying I wouldn't expect for the amount of money. I paid for this bike that the squeak would be squeaking after a couple months.
