I only noticed this about five weeks later, and went in hoping they might switch for the desired tire with some discount for the replacement. Dan, the owner of the shop apologized and went much further than I had expected in ensuring my satisfaction in the overall experience. In 2026, to have this kind of old school (i.e., proper) customer service is rather exceptional. This kind of service requires customer loyalty in response. I will always come to Dan for repairs and future purchases. I heartily recommend that anyone who needs bicycle repairs do the same.
