Fulmer House is literally a house that is chock full in every corner of every room with all sorts of antiques and collectibles. In addition to the variety of items, there are bookshelves organized by genre peppered in throughout the house, as well. I did find prices here to higher than other stores of this nature. Also the store was fairly musty and dusty. I poked around longer than I should have, and paid for it with a hefty migraine on our ride home. If you are sensitive to smells, just a heads up that it is really stuffy and dusty in here. If that doesn't bother you, and you enjoy hunting for diamonds-in-the-rough deals in antiques stores, you may find something to your liking in Fulmer House.

While shopping at the DuBois Mall, I stopped in at Bradley's Book Outlet which also has several…read morelocations in Western PA and Youngstown OH (Southern Park Mall). This store carries new current books and magazines, and plenty of publisher overstocks and remainders at 40%-60%-80% & more off, plus 20%-30% off current New York Times paperback & hardcover bestsellers, 15% off all special orders and 10% off all hardcover new releases. They also stock Melissa & Doug items in the back of the store with infant & toddler books. There are $1 books and special items too. I spent a good amount of time at this Bradley's Book Outlet browsing through the various travel books (some a few years old) which were all deeply discounted. There were several Europe and Florida travel guides on the shelf and they also stock discounted "For Dummies" business books too. I picked up a few travel journal books for light reading, which were less than $5 each. I also purchased an Urban Dictionary and a Roadside Americana book for under $10. I would keep returning to this Bradley's Books and their other locations to browse the changing selection of discounted books. You'll never know what you'll find here!

Not only do they have an incredible book selection, but there's also a cozy coffee + tea shop attached Huge shoutout to Luis (GM!) for helping me pick the perfect latte -- I went with the banana bread latte (on the menu until the end of the month, so don't miss it!) Outside of the store, they have book carts with $5 and under books. The store is two floors, and the upper floor has a cozy reading area. The shelves in the store are separated by genre and there are also tables with owner-recommended books. In addition to books, there are also plants for sale. The place is so nicely decorated and such a nice environment for reading. To be honest, it doesn't even feel like walking into a store, and it's more like a cozy home.
