It used to be extremely isolationist and the employees would actively push you to not buying anything and leaving asap as you've probably interrupted their D&D or MTG game by shopping. Their selection was nearly illogically lacking, such as 1 of 5 core books being the only available or simply not getting any new or desired items. Yet the ccgs seem to be enough to have allowed them to move and grow They're worth the 2nd chance even though they may have seriously offended you, which is why no one I know, (40yr of CCG ttrpg friends and experience and friends), will ship there. The employees would start fights rather than actually help. But I have not seen that since they moved. But I really did want this, as they are fairly rare to come across in person. I would have been willing to pay $50 a box, but the employee told me there was absolutely no wiggle room. When I told him the value of these is always less than $40, i was told that "Yeah but when they came out they were going for more" Product will always go up and down, these guys have no problem when it goes up. But if it goes down, they wont change their sticker price and are unwilling to accommodate. They would rather (maybe eventually) scam their own customers.
