He was easy to communicate with and even gave advice on the carpet that I wanted cause we have a dog. We contracted with Insight Remodels to a) redo…read moreour upstairs tub/shower combo, b) break up some concrete in our backyard, c) install fencing along the back retaining wall, d) re-tile the entryway, e) install new windows, f) install new furnace/air-conditioning units, and g) re-paint our door. There may be more smaller jobs as well that I may be forgetting. Sub-contractors were utilized, but they seemed to work very collaboratively with Noel. While some items we wanted were nol always available, Noel helped us navigate other substitute items, and we are very happy with our cast-iron tub. The depth of the tub makes it easy to soak in. Noel was super transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. We texted each other to inform each other and so we could answer some questions on the spot. Also, and really, this is HUGE: Noel got everything done for us in time...within the schedule that we needed everything done. That's hardly ever heard of, but it happened! We are super happy with all the work that Noel has done for us. We heartily recommend Insight Remodels. When we arrived at the appointed time, he was there waiting for us. A punctual contractor - YAY! He gave us a bid to update and renovate the older home we had just bought. When we needed to fumigate the house, Eric got his crew out there right away to trim trees and bushes so the tent could be put on the next day. The house needed a refresh from top to bottom - paint, baseboards, windows, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, gates, fencing, gutters, etc. He began the work in January 2019 and he kept us informed with phone calls, texts and photos of work in progress. During the process of installing new flooring in the master bathroom, he discovered the floor was not level, which meant he had to do a complete gut renovation of the bathroom. He and his team leveled the floor, installed new green wall, new lineal drain for the shower, installed a new tub and toilet and fixtures, and then installed new tile on the shower, floors, and backsplash. As a favor, he hung the heavy mirrors we purchased over the two vanities. We could not be happier with the results (see photos). Eric and his team completed the job in March - just in time for our family visitors. He and his crew cleaned and even dust mopped the floors before they left! Eric and his team are trustworthy, punctual, responsive, and friendly. They produce high quality work and are excellent at their craft. I had a really unique setup with one of my Windows that I was worried we wouldn't be able to replace or would damage the surrounding inside tile and he was able to make it work and replace it without causing any damage to my tile. Very reasonably priced, he's not trying to price gouge you and let's you know upfront where extra costs may come in. We will be using him again for some other projects in the very near future.

He made our yard look very clean and nice. His crew worked tirelessly to get the job done fast. What we asked for was fairly modest, but we are very happy with the clean results. We recently got a pet pig, we have a large area for him to root now where there are no weeds. We also no longer have to worry about foxtails hurting our dogs. Thank you, Tony and crew! The fit up of the garbage disposal was tricky due to the depth of the sink and all the plumbing underneath the sink had to be redone and rerouted. Manny expertly performed the functions patiently and to the highest quality. He did a masterful job of patching the wall inside the cabinets. He was pleasant and cleaned up after all the work was done. I would recommend BJG Construction for any project, big or small.
