Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

Trevor repeatedly promised updates, a check, Zelle payment, or bank/account arrangements, including saying a check would be dropped off June 2 and later saying payment would be ready June 17. As of July 7, 2026, he has not returned any of the $7,000. I have the quote, deposit receipts, bank/Zelle proof, text messages, and call logs documenting this. I also filed a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, which confirmed that my complaint is under review. I am sharing this so other homeowners are careful before paying a large deposit.

My brother recently had a flood in his kitchen from a broken dishwasher that leaked into the condo downstairs from him. I called John Uken (JP Contracting) to fix the damaged cabinet and flooring beneath the sink, work with the granite vendor to replace the kitchen countertops, install new sink, and replace and install new dishwasher. John emailed and texted me the job invoice and was in constant communication with me and my brother. John treated my brother with respect and dignity and was able to schedule the repairs in a timely basis. He texted me photos of the work he did as well as the completed job. After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.
