I'm pretty sure I've been scammed…read more I've had 2 paver jobs completed by Trevor's Landscaping and trusted them to install a pergola that Trevor upsold me throughout the process. The first paver job was a few years ago and, for the most part, it went well. My 2 issues with the 1st job were: 1) they didn't remove enough of the dirt from my property which increased the slope of my yard and 2) I had issues with the gaps in the polymeric sand within the 1st year, allegedly due to rain runoff from the deck above. Trevor is a great salesman. He is very responsive and charismatic while trying to secure the job and the deposit, but it goes downhill from there. Communication over the past few months have significantly declined as I wait for his crew to repair the grass damaged by their equipment, install the pergola I paid for in full 7.5 months ago, and install the paver sealer. I'm at the point where I've sent them an email requesting a refund or I will pursue legal action (a first for me - check out my other reviews to get sense of how I treat businesses). I consider myself to a reasonable, patient consumer and love to see small business succeed, but this is getting ridiculous.

His communication skills are excellent and the quality of his work is excellent as well. He goes above and beyond what's expected and needed. Even though my brother is developmentally disabled, he's able to live independently with help from me. This is quite a task since I live 2600 miles away from him. My brother recently had a flood in his kitchen from a broken dishwasher that leaked into the condo downstairs from him. I called John Uken (JP Contracting) to fix the damaged cabinet and flooring beneath the sink, work with the granite vendor to replace the kitchen countertops, install new sink, and replace and install new dishwasher. John emailed and texted me the job invoice and was in constant communication with me and my brother.
