I called to request it be fixed and was told that my bill was way overdue, even though it hadn't been passed the 'due in 30 days' since I got it at this point. They refused to come back and fix the leak properly until they got their money first. And they refused to discuss the issue about being work being done that I hadn't asked for. I was left with a $550 bill and the seal still leaking.

After lots of questions and humming & having, he states he's not interested as it's an older wood burner and they got out of the business unless they installed it. I didn't bother to tell him I wanted to install a tank less water system as well. Before doing that I need to know what is causing the water temp issue. I did call him back to say he should update his website to state only installed by their company woodburners are serviced and not waste everyone's time. I don't get where they won't service a system.
