Reality was the complete opposite. The line to check in was a disaster. People were showing up without filling out the required waivers, and instead of having them step aside so the line could move, staff had them stand right at the counter filling everything out while everyone else waited. It took us over 30 minutes just to pay and get our kids inside. The biggest issue was the false advertising on their website. Their own site clearly says the GLOW shirt is INCLUDED with admission. We even showed them the screenshot. Then they tried charging us extra for the shirts anyway. Staff went to ask the manager and came back with, "There's nothing we can do." So you advertise one thing online, people drive out there expecting that price, then you change it at the counter? Completely unacceptable. The concession stand was shut down too. We had to literally hunt down a manager just to get someone to sell us drinks and snacks. For a packed Friday night event, that's embarrassing. On top of all that, kids were running around cussing nonstop in front of younger children. One kid got directly in my son's face acting aggressive and the staff standing nearby did absolutely nothing. No supervision. No control. No effort to keep the environment safe or family-friendly. Overcrowded, disorganized, misleading pricing, lazy management, and zero control over behavior inside the park. We will not be back.

The trampoline area seems like the springs are needing replacement, because they make weird noises while jumping when it was not like this a few years ago. It's just not being up kept. The seating areas are all disgusting. I really don't know how this place is still in business, and how they've not been flagged yet. Kids still had fun, because of good company, but this place is a disaster waiting to happen if it already hasn't happened. The staff have always been friendly. It was about $33 a day for the kayak pass, which gives you access to the whitewater course. You need to bring your own kayak for this pass, and I'm not sure if they do rentals. It was very fun with an easier and a more difficult course, and there's a conveyor belt that takes you up to the top. While this was fun, I don't think some of the staff were doing their jobs well. There was someone releasing tubers right in front of our boats coming down. They clearly weren't looking out for kayakers beforehand, and this was such a safety issue. Some of the staff at the counter also did not seem to know how to check people in. Before our visit, we called multiple times during their business hours, but they never answered.

Then, there's some kind of hard beam in the foam pit where you joust. Jumped in a darn near broke both ankles. This feels like they're cutting corners to save a few payroll bucks, which says a lot. Positive: the teenage employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. They're the reason this review isn't one star.
