We purchased 3 for my son. Every race is about 10 minutes. There were quite a few people there so he was in every other race. Took about an hour and 30/45 minutes start to finish including waivers. There definitely used to be more workers monitoring and jumping in to keep things moving. But overall... the actual track experience was a blast! Now the bad part. Nachos were HORRIBLE! Stale as cardboard bad. Cheese sauce was old convenient store level. Video games? Several weren't working correctly including air hockey only opening one of the goals which we didn't even notice till I was down 0-3 as it was impossible for me to score as it turns out. Been coming to this location since they opened over a decade ago. This was the worst experience of the lot but like I said... we still had fun but will hesitate to go and spend that kind of money again given today's experience.

It was clear the team was more interested in creating a great experience for us than upselling, which we truly appreciated. It felt like we were getting real value, and that goes a long way. Staff stated each person must sign the Family Fun Town liability form electronically. Without it, they can't even remain on the property. We responded "surely my mom and stepdad could sign a paper consent form as they don't want their names and address being used on the internet. We then asked, may we speak to the manager? We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management.
