Our food was cold, our drinks were wrak, and the service was amateur at best. Would not recommend.

Clean bathrooms, food is good, service was fantastic. Ribs a little over done but still very tasty. The fried okra was amazing.

Great food. Great customer service. The sauces are awesome. This may be my favorite BBQ joint, ever!

Maybe if they spent as much time hiring people for their customer service qualities as they did on looks, they might get people's to go orders correct. They can't even add BBQ sauce when you order BBQ. Good job guys. read more

I have been here twice. Both times I had the pick three platters. Food is pretty good, BBQ sauces are decent. Its an adequate BBQ spot for the area but have definitely had better. My main issue is with the service. The first time, a Thursday, it took a little long to receive our food. But tonight, a Saturday evening, they seemed to struggle. Our waitress was very good. However when our food took 45 min to get to our table and arrived cold, then the broccoli arrived with a sticker in it, (not to mention the temperature was like warm at best), the manager didn't even take their time to talk or apologize and gave us a weak 10% discount. I not only wasted my entire evening waiting on like warm food, but was insulted by the management for not having time to deal with me. Come here if you have time or it's a slow weekday, stay clear of you have other options. I won't be coming back. They serve hot foods in baskets and metal trays. If they change these the heat may hold better. read more

Eh. It'll do if you are starving. We stopped by hoping to get some BBQ from a place that looked clean and didn't give the impression there are roaches in the back. The service was good, but going there on a Friday night and seeing how empty it was should have given us a signal. The food was ok. The rib meat was dry, and nothing special about it. Even all of the different "flavor" of BBQ sauces tasted the same, mostly sweet with one that was overboard vinegar taste. Wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. Just middle of the road mostly. Was very good when they opened, but now it seem like they are cutting corners. The ribs I had when they first opened were great. But now the past three times I have eaten there the ribs were dry and very disappointing. I will not go back till they fix the problem. I paid good money to eat good ribs and now they taste like cardboard they are so dry. Stop cutting corners and fix your food you charge a lot of money we expect a good product. Disappointing. First of all I tried to order a baked potato as a side but they were going to charge me the full $6.99 for the cost of a potato instead of an up charge in place of the other sides. The smoked turkey tasted old, dry and reheated. I ordered the steamed broccoli but it came out smothered in butter. read more

Food is good but i think the service should be a lot better. Don't order the margarita, unless you want to pat for a super sweet artificial lemonade. We told the waitress the margaritas didn't taste good, she kindly apologized and brought another round, which were just as bad. In other restaurants they would usually take that charge out of your check but we still had to pay for it even though we did not drink them. That is why I give it a one star. read more

Terrible restaurant. Took two hours to get overcooked and awful food, left a $1 tip on a $103 check (for 7 people), but then they added a $5 tip on the check when they inputted it into the system anyways. So they basically stole from me. read more

The jalapeño poppers are the best. Traveled all the way from LakeCharles to get them. (About an hr. drive) well worth it!!! Addicted. They have great food and wonderful atmosphere. Love it. read more

Friendly staff all the way around! I got the 2 meat combo with brisket and turkey baked beans and fried corn. It was delicious. My husband got the Buffalo chicken spud and it huge! Lots of meat. We never once ran out of drink. All in all we will be back read more

Always satisified when we go there, tried a few different entree's and was always satisfied, but now when i go i just order the fried pickles and fried green tomatoes because they are to die for and fill's me up without having to order a large meal. read more

I'm a huge BBQ fan and was excited to try this place, but was pretty disappointed. I had the St. Louis ribs and they were relatively bland and completely over cooked, pretty burnt. The sauces were decent. My coworker had the brisket and said it was okay. The hidden gem was the Coke slaw was very fresh and tasty. Horrible service! Waisted 2.5 hours at this establishment and did not receive my food, upon which receiving my check they still tried to charge me for. Ordered the Texas spud to go. Nice size baked potato. However, over 1/2 of the chopped brisket that topped the spud was all fat!!!!!!! NO MEAT ON THAT FAT and for over 10.00, I could buy plenty more fat to eat if that is what I wanted! very little chopped meat. Come on workers - how would you like to have received all fat? Sat morn bout11:30, went in not expecting much cause I don't like eating out for barbeque.Never found a barbeque place I much care for. My wife and I both were astonished at how good the food was Cole slaw perfect, bake beans good, fried okra was great, grilled corn on the cobb great. I had baby back rib, the wife had pulled pork, very tasty. The only complaint is the meat should be tender enuff to fall off the ribs. Waitress was very courteous. Prices was very reasonable. We went there yesterday for lunch, the service was good but we ordered an appetizer that came out with our entrée. The expediter said, "Yeah, this stuff comes out pretty fast" I guess they don't understand the concept of waiting to cook the entrée until the appetizer has been served. My lunch came out cold, the French fries were cold and greasy. Clearly under the heat lamp too long, never should have been served. I had the Brisket basket, my meat was dry and overcooked. Called and ordered Togo, was told 30 min. I made it there at 30 Min to pick up order, only half of order was there. Had to wait 45 min for rest that they took from another order. Food was cold, burnt, and dried out. Will never get food from here or recommend this place. read more

I have been 3 times and have not been sorry! Food is great, atmosphere is awesome and service is top notch. You will not be disappointed!
