Although I pay for a full service (inside/out), the last few times I have been there, my car has been left dirty. After speaking to the staff and giving them a second chance, my car was still poorly cleaned. I've been going to this place on & off for over 30 years. When it was a hand car wash, things were better. Meaning: your vehicle was cleaned/dried better, they didn't try so hard to up-sell you, and they were open more often. Since becoming an automated car wash, their sales tactics are very off-putting. First, they have a sign up front that advertises a $4.99 price -- what that sign doesn't tell you is that this price is just for the exterior, and just for small cars. Next, if you tell them that all you want is a simple wash, you get a nasty persistent sales pitch to buy more. If your vehicle sits low, or have wide rims, don't go. Your wheels and/or suspension WILL get dinged. If you're in a hurry, and the line is short, and you have thick skin, it's worth a go. read more

I got the $29 package and the car looked new like the day I bought it back in 2016. They took out the floor mats and even had a machine to put them in to wash it. Which is good bc my kid is now 9 and the amount of crap kids leave in the car is abundant. It was a Thursday night around 7 pm. No line, in fact, you would definitely drive past if you didnt have GPS guiding you to this tiny driveway between the car dealership and the corner business. What I needed most of deep vacuuming under seats and under mats and everywhere. they forgot to vacuum inside the console box. read more

Wow! I usually come on to Yelp for great review or horrible reviews. I simply forget about the "ok" places. Unfortunately, this is one of the bad ones. I came here at 1:30pm for a car wash. It's now 1:52pm and they're just now starting to wash the interior. Mind you, the machine washed the outside by 1:34. There was only one person in front of me. The same guy who charged my car ran to the end of the line and then dried my car. Short staff much? Then they have to drive the car around the corner to bring it to two other people who wash the interior. But slowwwwww serviceeeee there too. Then, there was another car behind me and somehow he was taken care of before me. Interior and all. I was so confused only to see it was his "buddy". Last time I ever go to this spot. It's the closest car wash place near my home but I will definitely be spending the extra gas to go elsewhere. read more

I got a Groupon for the full service($40 value) for $20! And boy did this place deliver! I must warn that it looks a little sketchy at first, but it works. It is a drive thru type car wash, but instead of machines doing the work, my car was swarmed by six guys with sponges, mops and power washers. There is no track, so I stayed in the car and slowly drove thru the garage, stopping every so often for the men to do their work. Wash, rinse, dry. At the end they thoroughly vacummed my car and for an extra $7 "Armor All-ed" the entire inside! It was a little weird in that the owner drove my car around the corner since the detail garage and car wash are not connected internally, but I understand it was easier for him to drive than explain to me how to get there. The Groupon also included a spray wax treatment and now my car is extra shiny and a slippery...a little too slippery...be carful getting in. I'm not sure how much this type of service really costs, but it was a great experience! read more

We just left bubble bath car wash and once we arrived home, immediately disgusted by the results. For $20 I expect my car to look spotless!! We chose to purchase the tire shine (forgot the correct wording) option for 4 dollars extra. They were very stingy, my tires have no shine at all! On top of that my front grill has bugs stuck to it still, not to mention bird crap. We have a new Car and take care if it so it's not like there was a build up. Plus they didn't even wash the mats. Our first and last time here! Not good when you have to wash the car again after paying someone to do the job right the first time. Quick to grab your money, slow to get it done. The manager or owner is a fast talker, tries to trick you into getting more than you need. Whatever their process is, it's confusing. No signs, no clear direction. They block the streets and make you park in weird places where your car can get hit. This place is a mess! read more

I opted in for the package with the tire shine. Got home to find there was no shine on my tires at all. You'll know because when driving home and you turn the wheel, some of the residue splashes back on to the car. Also, the workers dry the car with what seems to be regular towels. Most other car washes use microfiber towels. I can't imagine how much debris is carried from one car to the next and putting those swirls into your car. read more

Not good at all. After being ripped off with a 20 dollar interior and exterior car wash, they spent so long vacuuming i thought it was going to actually be good. WRONG. So much time was spent vacuuming that the car was still dusty and dirty in certain places inside and to top off i had to get on my hands and knees at home and clean my rims because they didnt bother even wiping them down. Awful customer service and over priced. They did a horrible job compounding and detailing my husbands car for close to $250. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The day the car was supposed to be ready, it wasn't - they called us and told us the car wasnt ready the next day when it was supposed to be.The following day we call up and they say it's ready but when we showed up , the car still wasn't ready and the wheels weren't buffed. The manager wouldn't do anything for us even though she could see how displeased we were. They also tried to sell us on some over priced cars because they're part of a dealership. I would say save your money and save the headache, and go elsewhere if you want better, more timely service. read more

NEVER going back.. Did the oilchange/carwash package and one of the guys tried to start my car (non-clutch interlock vehicle) it lurched forward. Then he REPEATED again (as if he didn't realize it the first time!!) and the car almost fell off the lift.. The second attempt resulted in the hood slamming down and the prop rod denting a body panel. After I blew my fuse, even the manager yelled at the guy and asked why he tried to start my car as he was only assigned to car wash duties.. Clearly he didn't know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle let alone he probably didn't know how to drive.. I take my car to an actual shop that has real mechanics!! read more

I took my vehicle to get detailed. I was charged 200.00 and waited three hours. When the vehicle was returned to me my heating system was damaged and the floormats were filthy. The manager Eric refused to clean them but pressured me to leave a 20% tip. When I refused he became verbally abusive. He said his employees work ONLY for tips. I replied that I only tip when I like the service and not by harassment and that instead of harassing customers he should pay his workers wages. He continued to harass me for a tip so I suggested he take $20.00 out of the $200.00 I paid him in advance of the service to give his worker a tip and he told me to "go f---k myself." No customer should have to endure abuse from this bastard. I hope he goes out of business or gets arrested for hiring slave labor from South America. read more

These guys do a great job and are always courteous, every time I bring my car for a wash and wax. I have referred many friends to use the Bubble Bath Car Wash and nobody has ever said anything bad to me about their experience. I am very surprised that people from Dallas, Texas and Miami Springs, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona can write a bad review about this business and have it posted! No place is perfect. No person is perfect. No business is perfect. But, for some people from far away places, more than one thousand miles away, to post bad reviews about a car wash (not a hotel they were staying at, not a restaurant they ate at while visiting the Metro NYC Area, not an airport or an airline, not even a tourist destination) just doesn't pass "the smell test!" I believe a couple of local people may have had isolated experiences which were not good. I do not believe that people from Dallas, Miami Springs, and Scottsdale have had any experiences at a car wash in North Bergen, New Jersey. I paid $240 with tip for a detail inside and out. Worst job ever. I picked it up at night it took a total of 8 plus hours. Next day I looked at my car in the day and come to find out it was still dirty inside and the outside was not even detailed they only threw wax on it for it to "appear" like it was detailed. On top of that they lost my rubber mats. Also, none of the small removable scratches that with a detail should come off like the ones under the handles where removed . When I took the car back the next day the worker admit to only putting wax on the car as instructed by the owner. That's very unethical to have a customer pay for something and not give the service they pay for. I hate leaving negative reviews but it's my honest opinion. On top of it all the owner & receptionist never apologized and were very unprofessional. Thankfully I was patient bc I don't find getting upset worth it. I just know for next time won't be going here or recommending this place. read more
