Arrived at 1 pm on a Sunday, and luckily there were only two cars ahead of me. It started filling up right after me though. I did the full service hand car wash for $16. This supposedly includes hand wash, rims, wax, dry, air gun, vacuum, dashboard, windows and tire shine. I say supposedly because they didn't do a great job on the inside. They did vacuum the front and back, but there were lots of bits left in the trunk, even though my trunk was completely empty. I do appreciate them getting out the leaves and gook out of the trunk's rim though. The dashboard was left untouched so looks like I still have some cleaning to do. I asked them to shampoo the front two mats (extra $5 each), but they said no because they were too busy. It seems they miss a lot of little things if there are a lot of cars - which I can understand, but also kind of annoying since I'm not fully getting what I paid for. I would recommend visiting at a random hour on a weekday. Maybe they'll be more attentive during off hours. read more

When I went back and showed him that the wheels were never rinsed. They said to put it through again so we re-wash the vehicle at that time it was apparent that the two wheels are tarnished and I was told there's nothing they can do for me. First time here and was greeted with the manager. Very nice and courteous, explained their process and guarantee. In fact I took my vehicle off-roading and it was pretty dirty. If you pay cash the rate is also discounted, they will also give you a loyalty card, and after the 10th wash you will receive a free car wash. Not only do they wash your car in a very detailed manner. They excel in the drying process which is even more important. They clean the door jams blow out the excess water with air and vacuum your trunk which most people don't do. Highly recommended, they keep my M5 looking sharp year round. read more

New management is suspect. I had a carton of brand new merchandise which was unwrapped. Forgot to remove it before wash. Got home and realized it was missing. Only place I went was car wash. Called them and asked if they took out during wash and forgot to put back. Funny thing is they put every other item back in my trunk but my new merchandise. 3 hours later I get a call back from manager he found the box. I went back to get and it was sitting in his office. Didn't offer any refund for "inconveniently forgetting " To return my merchandise to my trunk. Very suspect !!!! So I was looking for another place as an alternative to Puddles Carwash which is literally 2 minutes away from this place since I didn't like the fact that I have to wait close to an hour for the wash. Pros - No line and Quick wash (Should've known then...) Cons - Little more expensive than the avg. ($10 regular exterior wash, $12 with ArmorAll which I didn't ask for) - Forces tip (no, I'm not joking) - Bad wash quality, I still had bird wastes on the hood and the passenger side window, I had to wipe them off right after I got home and remove fallen maple seeds around the wiper area. I mean how could they miss this as these are in bright green color? Make sure to ask customers whether they are satisfied with the wash BEFORE YOU FORCE THEM TO TIP. read more
