First time customer and was really excited to have this done on a regular. I signed up for the membership every 6 weeks. Man came out cleaned inside of the can but didnt notice trash flying out everywhere and ended up sticking to outside of the garbage cans. I figured he would notice and wipe down the cans before he left.... that didn't happen lol also was promised they pull cans back to the house.... that didn't happen either. He had also left flyer/reminder at the bottom of my can I guess for me to jump in and get lol picture is below. I had to end up wiping down my own trash can and picking up trash from all over the floor. Very unfortunate, hopefully they can fix this and come back and clean up whatever else was left on the street and wipe down the rest of my cans. Will update when this happens until then very unhappy as a first time customer. read more

Tech sprayed my dirty trash can and dumped the waste water on the street in front of my driveway rather than emptying in the back of truck as they are supposed to do, and are required by the city to do. I asked the tech about it and he's says they "do it all the time". I asked that he please hose down the area where he dumped the waste water. He sprayed for 2 seconds and left in a huff. Why would we pay for this "service" of cleaning our trash bin by dumping all the filth in our driveway where our kids play? Canceled. The trash bin get filled to the brim every week with the waste and cleanup from my place. With the summer heat, the smell of the trash can was extremely unbearable. If I need to reschedule, I can easily skip my service (no charge). I've had this service to assist my parents who were no longer able to adequately clean the trash receptacles and decided to continue the service for myself. I found out about BB from a friend. The best $20 I have ever spent. Not only do they clean then, spray them with disinfectant and bring them to my house. THATS SERVICE!!!
