I had repeatedly told why i am asked to go to another branch when I had called and prebooked but the staff didn't help. I had to travel next day and they didn't seem to understand due to lack of time management. You can't estimate how much time you take then stop taking bookings. I had to go another branch and the staff looked less pleased. I got shellac done on my nails which didn't last for even a day. I had to get it redone as it was engagement party. Absolutely bad. Slight hassle with getting through to the spa area as it is located within the David Lloyd gym so you have to wait for someone on the gym reception to let you through by informing them you are only going to use the spa. Once in, you head through their cafe area (nice to stop by but that is another review!) and into the spa area. Receptionist here are generally very helpful and friendly. I think you have to pre-book any treatment but there is an array of goodies, creams, nail polishes, etc which you can purchase at any time. As I say, I've had a variety of treatments as well as having a spa day. They have a nice pool area with sauna, sanarium and steam room available along with pool, plunge pool, headed relaxation beds and relaxation pool! On the odd occasion where for whatever reason a treatment didn't happen right or something went wrong with the booking, they have always offered alternatives freely or extend the treatment duration so hard to be annoyed with it. Accommodating men and women and do teenagers although they are not allowed in the pool area until aged 18 I think. This is a nice local spa and nicer than some of the ones I've been to in Town. Defo come back again and again.

Maybe because it's so rare to find people working in retail who truly seem happy to be at work that day. In any case, every visit involves a great discussion about their products with a gush of genuine excitement. And I don't think it's specific to this shop. In every Lush shop, the staff are probably my favourite part about being a customer. They're not pushy, always helpful; not robots reciting memorised product descriptions, but instead finding out what you're actually in need of, then explaining exactly what's in the product, what it does, and why it's what you want. Also, I'm totally addicted to their bubble bars and bath fizzes. They smell a million times better than any bubble bath syrup and without all the gross chemicals.
