Very bare bones, but the staff is nice. Unfortunately the communication when you pick up your dog…read morevaries. We have 3 dogs. Some would come home with little behavior reports about their stay, and some did not. This happened multiple times. And the last time we picked up our dogs, one had lost weight. They never told us she wasn't eating. That can happen when you leave pets for any period of time, but it would have been nice if they mentioned it. Also, they tended to be very exhausted and stressed when we picked them up. We noticed the difference when we started bringing them elsewhere. Bottom line is your pets will most likely be safe here, but don't expect special treatment unless you pay extra.

I was charged for two whole days. I then scheduled her for the 4th of July weekend about a month ahead of time. In the interim, my dog developed a medical condition that required two medications per day and a request to check her late at night. It was submitted the week of the 4th. On July 2, "Sam" calls me and informs me they are cancelling her boarding. At the end of the conversation, "Sam" told me they don't want her back anyway. When I asked why, because she had always come home with good report cards, "Sam" told me she has anxiety issues. Needless to say, this created enormous problems. I wouldn't leave anything there that has a pulse.

When we were 15 minutes late on the next appointment Cassandra not only cancelled that appointment, but all future dates. Her excuse was that too many people stand her up. It was It's a shame that Cassandra has such a lack of any business sense. Good luck to anyone who dares to use them and try to develop an ongoing relationship.Oh NO!! I absolutely am in love with this vet and Dr. Riehl is the best! I take 2 dogs and 3 cats to see…read moreher, and she is always so sweet and loving to them. I have a dog who is terrified of the vet and she is always willing to take her white coat off and get down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable before even trying to start the exam! I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. She provided me solutions for my animals that no other vet would do and it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to all the other employees here. Everyone at Neffsville contributes to the positive experience I have every time I come in and you can tell they love their jobs, and the people and animals that walk through their door. All of this was for urinary infection and bladder stones that are made up of mostly calcium. I am not sure if this will re-occur or not and neither does Neffsville. $10,711 for urinary infection and bladder stones, including follow-up visits seems like a money machine in and out and pay high costs, at least to me.
