The cookies & treats on the bars smelled so good I wanted to eat rhem myself! I bought several toys for the boy and his sisters and both bagged & by the ounce cookies for our furbabies. Animal house staff have always taken great care of my baby both during is long stays and grooming sessions. Recently got him groomed for the first time this summer and had an incredible experience. Staff took great care of his undercoat along with being able to manage getting his nails trimmed which I know can be a task in itself. Very timely service dropped him off in the morning they had him finished and ready to go in just a few houses.

Plus I believe others should have been notified to.test their dogs.I do know from watching their camera that their kennels are washed down but in open social areas anything can happen.

My dog doesn't even look back at us when we drop her off here. She enjoys her day here. I appreciate the photos that are posted of my dog's day at day care. I was in the area for a month and needed boarding and daycare during the month. I felt safe leaving my dog here while I was out of town. The boarding service was so great we decided to bring her for daycare. The price and service are exceptional compared to a few overpriced places I've used in major metropolitan areas with me leaving wondering if they even know my dog's name. We also booked grooming here after boarding. They did a great job. We have also used their "refresher" service after a daycare day. I highly recommend. $25 and my pup came so fresh and so clean, clean.

We'll they said yes, so I trusted them and left her. She was no where near what she was supposed to look like when I picked her up. There were parts of her that weren't even cut. We had to bring her back to get cut again, but she never looked like she was supposed to. Fast forward to this past week. I decided to give them another chance, and took our 13 year old miniature schnauzer. My wife let the staff know that she was old, didn't see or hear too well, and moves alot. She was quoted 53.00. Later that afternoon I received a call that her beard was very matted and needed to be shaved off. I agreed. Now when I went to pick her up, I was charged 85.00 and told it was because hercoat was matted. They gave me back a completely shaved dog. Nowhere resembling a schnauzer. Not once did anyone call me and say it was going to cost more, or that she was being completely shaved. Needless to say, I will not bring any of my dogs back there, and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I find the fact that they can change the price and not tell you , and that you pay before even seeing the pet a problem. They stated that my 10lb, 13 year old dog that barely has teeth was a danger to them, and so there was a charge for that too. They charged an extra charge to grind her nails, because they were black nails. Do your due diligence, and maybe go to a more established groomer.

He went about three times a week, and most days they only posted one or two photos of him, which made it hard to know what his day actually looked like. I also had to remind them multiple times not to give him chicken treats because he's allergic; I knew each time he was given chicken because he would come home with bloody stools, which was really concerning and I had to take him to the veterinarian initially for this. The staff themselves are very nice, but based on the overall care and repeated issues, I wouldn't recommend this daycare for pets!

We had to take an important and unfortunately pet free trip out of town for 2 weeks. My dogs don't…read morenormally go to daycare. They are usually with me 24/7. My lab has major separation anxiety and my shepherd is very dog reactive to anyone who isn't her brother. So you can imagine how sick to my stomach I was to leave them behind, let alone with a stranger in a strange place. I was worried they'd feel abandoned. Would they care for my babies the way I do at home? Are they out for my money expensive? Where do I even take them? Cue my friends referral to Buddies! Great staff treats my dogs like family More than fair pricing multiple locations within the area daily photo updates of my dogs on FB expectations exceeded! I was able to watch my dogs have an absolute blast with the staff at buddies throught their pixtures on Facebook! Running around, playing! Not cowering in fear or aggression like I was worried about. When we came back to pick them up, they slept the whole drive home! It was like they were at "kids camp" and were all tuckered out! Thank you Buddies! We'll definitely be back and my dogs can't wait!
