Our dog absolutely LOVES coming here. Everytime we pull uo he runs right to the door and couldn't care less about check in. Wants to be taken right back Making reservations is easy, everyone is always super polite and very accommodating if you need to come early/late or extend the stay. They post pictures daily and send report cards, which we always love because they clearly take your time getting to know your dog as some of the things they put on there are so specific we love them and will continue to use them any time we go out if town and considering starting to add random daycare days in even when we are home since he loves it so much. read more

I've been bringing my dog here for daycare for a while, and unfortunately I can't recommend this place based on our experience. My dog ended up getting fleas from here more than once, and we don't have any other pets at home, so it was pretty clear where it came from. Every time I picked him up, he would pull hard on the leash to get out of there and immediately need to go to the bathroom, like he hadn't been let out enough. He also acted extremely thirsty, as if he hadn't had water all day too. He went about three times a week, and most days they only posted one or two photos of him, which made it hard to know what his day actually looked like. I also had to remind them multiple times not to give him chicken treats because he's allergic; I knew each time he was given chicken because he would come home with bloody stools, which was really concerning and I had to take him to the veterinarian initially for this. The staff themselves are very nice, but based on the overall care and repeated issues, I wouldn't recommend this daycare for pets! read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a new groomer for my dog. Took him here to get a wash, brush, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. When I came back to pick him up I went over it all to confirm what was done and the receptionist said yes and I paid..she then goes back to bring him out to me and he's wet still. I said did he not get a blow dry? She replied quickly he didn't like the machine & stared at me. Obviously he's a dog he doesn't like it when I blow dry him at home but he deals. So he smelt like wet dog & his ears were not cleaned at all I still see wax and white stuff on his ears which I why I had paid extra to get them cleaned. Awful service read more

My dog Laurel had a wonderful time at Buddies! I received regular updates about her behavior and photos on social media. The staff was friendly and welcoming when I dropped off and picked her up. I added a nail trim to her stay for only $10. Very affordable and welcoming place to leave your dog while you're away! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone including my worse enemy. My dog clearly got bitten here and they "claim" it didn't happen while she was there. They posted pictures of her one day without any injury to her neck and the next day there was something clearly visible on her neck. At first they denied it then admitted there was something when she was given a bath. There was no apology given, no follow-up to see how she's doing, not an offer to pay our vet bill, and not a discount or reimbursement for her time there. I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to put your dog/cat/animal somewhere else. I don't wish this on anyone or any animal. read more

I can not say enough about Buddies! I have been bringing my 2 year old German Shepard here for day care awhile now and he loves it there. They have always been very welcoming and kind to him . I've also had them bathe him before and I've had great experiences there. The day care price is very reasonable and they run specials all the time. My dog knows when I tell him day care because he gets super excited and grabs his leash.! It has always given him a chance to be social with other dogs and so far he has had great times there. The staff communicate thru texts or calls when needed. I tend to check in to be sure he's having a good day and they have no problem with that. During day care hours they take lots of pictures of the pups playing together and they post on social media so you can see which I love. I have never had to question if my dog is safe there and I feel like if there was any issues they would address it immediately. I highly recommend buddies! They also have more than 1 location which makes it nice depending on where you live. read more

This is the second time I've dropped by to see if the pups were happy before ensuring this would be a good fit for my pups, and did not see any source of water for the pups (kiddie pools empty and stacked upon on another), Also did not appear there was any supervision, many hot dogs, and canopy shade looked questionable at best. Is there something I'm missing or is this accurate of the facilitys treatment? Are they able to re enter the building as desired? How often are they checked on? Do not recommend, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional except Crystal who helped me with the booking process. I boarded my dog for the weekend while I was out of town and he has an all white coat and when I got him back he was stained all over his body in yellow as if he was laying in his pee. Not sure if they didn't clean where he was peeing and he was just allowed to lay in his pee. The place does not seem welcoming to pets and the vibe seems very sketchy. The pets are not visible at all and there are no updates on your pet when they stay there. Recommend looking at other places! read more

We love Buddies! 2 out of 4 of my dogs go there. One doesnt because he is aggressive and the other because she is in heat. The 2 that go, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE going! Apollo, our pittie...smiles the entire car ride and runs right to the door. Benji is more of a grumpy pants but loves the ladies at Buddies. We have used their grooming services twice and have been satisfied both times. Mr. Grumpy Pants (Benji) isnt a fan of being groomed but the ladies do all they can to make sure he isnt stressed out while providing quality care. While my dogs dont HAVE to go to daycare, we try to get them there at least twice a week. My dogs are my babies, I assure you, if there was anything I did not like about this facility, they would not be there. Stacey takes pride in her company! read more

My Doberman, Vader, loves Buddies! He goes 3 days a week and always comes home exhausted. Buddies gives him the outlet to run off energy as needed while everyone is home doing remote learning. I swear he mopes when he doesn't go for his regular 3 days a week. read more

My dogs get regular grooms and go to doggy daycare at buddies. Cara - the groomer is AMAZING with my dogs. My Jack Russell has a sensory disorder and hates being touched and is extremely anxious with strangers. Finding somebody I trust to groom my Sheltie is difficult because I love his beautiful fluffy coat.. Cara never fails to make him look beautiful! They love going to buddies so I know that Cara is gentle and patient with them. read more

MY DOGS GOT EAR MITES FROM THEIR STAY! The staff seemed nice & friendly but I only ever saw just 1 person working. There was a lot of barking when I dropped them off & my dogs were pretty anxious. When I brought them home they were very exhausted & definitely didn't rest well at all, but that is to be expected in situations like these. The first thing I noticed was that my dogs smelt very strongly like bleach. It seemed as though they mopped the floors with bleach & then let the dogs sleep on the bare floor when they were still wet with bleach. Just petting them my hands smelt strongly like bleach & tingled a little bit (I have very sensitive skin). They were very itchy so I imagined their skin must be a bit irritated from it. They didn't seem traumatized or anything like that but they are very tired. One of my dogs has been relentlessly scratching his ears so I looked & he has a bad ear mite infection. I know it was from the kennel because I specifically checked my dogs for everything prior to going. He's actually never had ear mites before so this was a first for him. Ear mites are highly contagious so it makes sense but I've brought them to kennels before & this has never happened. I wouldn't recommend this place unless for a last resort. Definitely bring EVERYTHING they need such as food, treats, beds, blankets, toys, etc. I didn't bring their beds & it's clear to me that my dogs slept on the bare floor. Not a restful & peaceful place for your dogs to be. Trust me my dogs are exhausted. read more

Love the staff they always are so nice and treat all pups like their own! They update their Facebook page daily so i can see that my pups had a fun day! It's a smaller facility so more time for each individual dog to get play time! read more
