This place is pretty awesome. We found them through GROUPON and generally have not had any issues here. The model of the service is similar to Quick Quack car wash chains (or visa versa). There is free vacuuming, and it's a pretty decent-sized lot and I've never had a problem getting a vacuum going there in the morning as they just open. The only downsides of this place, if you don't like to tip, is that they usually have a couple of people standing there to wipe off any excess water after the car wash. That pat down usually only takes 1-2 minutes, but of course actual people makes it more likely that you should tip, so I do. I've tipped anywhere from $2-$5 for their help. The chemicals that they use are also supposed to be environmentally friendly, so that is definitely another plus. This is a pretty neat car wash place! read more

The gentlemen that took my payment and prewashed my car was really helpful with recommending a solution to help dissolve the sap on my car. The wash and dry was pretty good of course the sap wasn't removed but a drive through car wash never removes sap so that was expected. Use of the vacuums are included and the suction is pretty good. The area where you pull to vacuum is a little junky but I think it's because patrons throw out their trash on the ground instead of the trash cans provided. In any case, the owners should monitor this. But it's not enough to make me subtract a star. Overall a good experience. I'd revisit. read more

This place a good car wash place. But the business owners need to train these guys how to use yelp checkin coupon. Upon to the front, I checked in yelp and wrote a short check in remark. Yelp then gave me two options: use now or later. I clicked use now, presented the $2 off coupon to the lady. I see the $2 off and a timer countdown. She said it's been used, wack. Perfect place when your car or truck needs a bath and you don't want to wait for a hand car wash or pay the price associated with it. This is a step up from the gas station car washes as there is an attendant that will physically add the rainX to your windows and amour all your tires while not depending on the machine to spit it out efficiently. They also have two people that will hand dry your car before you pull into to use their DIY vacuums. There is usually a back up with the vacuums so be sure to bring your patience if it's a busy day. read more

The lady had me waited til she finished watching or texting. I was asked to move my car forward, she suddenly sprayed water and took the big brush, my automatic wipers went on and she just hit it til it broke into half. When I opened my window, she just pointed to the wall that says turn off wipers. It was my third time but the first two had foam soap, the third time was just water splashed into my car. Upon checking, my hood was still dirty. I had my Acura MDX washed for the first time and noticed that there were new scratches on the right side of the bumper. I then brought my Audi Q7, there were scratches also and figured out that my tire rims were damaged also. I was stubborn and used my 3rd Groupon. The lady I mentioned broke my wiper. read more

You get what you pay for and sometimes more/less. In all honesty we normally go to full service car washes and we got spoiled. All the local ones were closed so once again, Yelp's OPEN NOW feature saved the day. I pulled up and was greeted promptly. The options were explained thoroughly. For those who haven't been, they basically run your car through an electronic wash (kinda like the gas station). Not sure if it's package related or because we were quite overdue for a wash, but our vehicle was brushed down prior to entry. After exiting, another employee hand dries the vehicle. You may then proceed to the exit OR...(wait for it!) to the complimentary vacuum cleaners. I opted to use the vacuum. It was lacking in power but was a good start. I'll be revisiting the job with a stair vacuum later. So...for about $15, the car has been cleaned, little bit more grunt work by me, but I burned some calories. I came here for the first time today and I REALLY like this car wash. I feel like the prices are very reasonable ($8 for a basic wash- with that awesome check-in offer another $2 off!). I love that there is a free towel wipe-down at the end of the wash.... I hate when those little dots are left over from not drying! Additionally they have complementary vacuuming after the car wash! This is a great place for washing your car! I used to go to Kaady, which is also a great place. They have much better pricing, but this place also has its charm. Going through the machine was a bit scary, especially for my Tesla Model 3, but at the end, it didn't scratch my car or anything! The people at the end towel dry your car as well, which is a great touch. Best part, unlimited (unless it's busy, then 5 minutes max) free self serve vacuum! Does a great cleaning job and for a good price. I wish they didn't use the brushes (that can damage your paint job), but at least half the wash uses soft rags, and it's a nice touch to have them towel off your car at the end. I'm giving two stars not as a reflection of the service the employees provide, but against the questionable business practices of this place. This used to be a thriving business with a full employee team which ran a pretty tight operation. What did the owners do? They gutted the place, spent who knows how much on making it an overpriced drive-thru wash, and fired virtually every one of their employees, leaving a skeleton crew in a now eerie car wash-ghost town. Now, you have to vacuum your own car, which isn't a big deal if you don't have a busted back, but for an injured bittie like me, this becomes a problem. Kaady is down the street and is waaaaaaaaay cheaper for the exact same services. It also has way friendlier service because it's not DEPRESSING to go there. I took my new silver BMW Z4 sports car with a high-gloss black roof to this car wash and the worker applying one of the coatings with a long-handled brush hit my roof and scratched it (admittedly, the high-gloss finish scratches pretty easily, but the roof was pristine until this car wash). I have tried to reach the manager for over a month and get nothing but the runaround from the workers, who claim to have no way to reach him, and he is never there. I have phoned well over a dozen times and gotten nowhere. The company website is useless and the corporate office phone number listed does not work. This company has made zero effort to address my legitimate complaint about damage they caused. If you care about giving your business to ethical business operators, avoid this place! read more
