I spoke with Rene on a saturday afternoon and he dropped by first thing the next morning and helped me get the seats and carpet out before it started growing mold, and detailed everything else so we could set it out to dry. Price of doing so was very reasonable compared to what it would have cost me to tow it to the dealership. I was fortunate to be able to find this company on a walk around the neighborhood. The owner was very cordial and professional and gave me his business card. I called the next day to make an appointment and it was easy as that. He came to my lot where my car was and started working exactly on time. He had everything he needed (althought if you have a power outlet nearby that is most convenient), including extension cords and water and cleaning solution (and your keys if you needed interior done as well). He estimated job completion in 4-5 hours and got it done within 3.5 hours. I was really impressed with how efficiently and quickly he was able to get the job done. I only requested the exterior cleaned, waxed and detailed, but I will definitely look into his interior cleaning. His rates are solid and will give bundle deals for exterior and interior cleanings. read more

The owner René immediately responded to my phone inquiry about price, services offered, and availability. I had called other mobile detailing companies so I knew that René's basic price of $330 was reasonable. We set an appointment for three days later. After texting me that he was on his way, he and his truck arrived exactly on time. He worked for four hours and by the time he was finished, my somewhat battered 18-year-old car was looking fresh and shiny inside and out. The upholstery, the rugs, and all of the inside surfaces including the dashboard - which I could never get clean - looked like new. I concluded that quality work, not just money, is what is important to René when I asked him what was involved in waxing the exterior (for an additional $160!) instead of just washing it. He said that waxing would help to keep the paint from fading in the sun, get some scratches out, etc. I asked him if he thought it was worth it for this old, faded, banged-up exterior. He actually said "not really" so I concluded that he was a trustworthy business owner (and not after just my money). He was friendly, polite, and well spoken. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
